The head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina today took part in the IV Stolypin Forum, which is being held at the MGIMO of the Russian Foreign Ministry, under the auspices of the topic "Postcoid Syndrome - the Economy in a Different Way".

“I am deeply convinced that it is the state that should create conditions for investors. Many people think that first an investor should come, and then it is possible to build an infrastructure for him - I think this is fundamentally wrong, "said Taliya Ilgizovna.
The importance of supporting the development of industrial sites by federal programs was also one of the points in Talia Minullina's speech: these are programs for the development of single-industry towns, subsidizing costs for industrial and industrial parks and a program for co-financing private industrial parks.
“Systematic work has been carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is why investors come here. It consists of many components: these are federal support measures, this is the Investment Council, which is headed by the President of Tatarstan personally, this is the Investors' Club, created by us for more free informal communication of those who have trusted and invested in the economy of the republic "
Taliya Minullina also explained the priority of the personnel policy in working with investors. Local professionals play an important role throughout the history of any investment project.
“People who work with investors within the same region must broadcast the same rules of the game in a single impulse. They must have a complete understanding of how this work is organized.
