Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan: 6 projects worth 4.8 billion rubles

Today, the Government House hosted a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by the President of the Republic. The meeting was also attended by the head of the Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina. Six investment projects were considered during the meeting.

“Today's meeting went well, the total investment amounted to more than 4.8 billion rubles with the creation of 1,654 new jobs. Each of the projects presented today meets the needs of different areas of the economy: educational, logistics, construction and engineering, ”Taliya Minullina shared the results of the meeting.

Also, the head of the Agency, noting the importance of the projects presented at the Investment Council, said that “at the moment there is not a single production of elevator equipment in Tatarstan, one of the today's projects approved by the Council is also covering this need in the region”. In particular, Regionliftmash LLC plans to build a plant for the production of elevator equipment in the Zelenodolsk region. The company has over 20 years of experience in this field. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create 100 jobs.

The Tatarstan IT company "Discovery Soft" presented the Round mobile application project with an investment volume of 180 million rubles. Based on the entertainment and educational system and challenges, the application helps teenagers decide on their future profession. “The student lays out his work in the chosen direction, we have about 40 of them, receives feedback on it (likes, comments) and can also try himself in other completely different directions and develop comprehensively,” said a company representative. Also, the developers proposed to conduct a republican competition for vocational guidance among schoolchildren through the Round application.

Direct Investment Fund LLC presented a project of a new industrial park on the territory of Zelenodolsk region. The site is intended for the placement of various industrial enterprises and the arrangement of warehouses. “We launched our first industrial park M7 in 2012 and today it is completely filled, 50 residents work on it, and in this regard, we presented a project to launch the second stage of this park, and we expect to attract investments of about 1.8 billion rubles. ", - the Fund manager shared the results of the meeting.

The RariTEK-Technologies investment project envisages the creation of a PAGZ production complex and the construction of two basic CNG filling stations in Naberezhnye Chelny and Mendeleevsk. “We make gas vehicles, we create infrastructure - these are services, refueling so that all users of gas engine equipment can feel calm and re-equip their own cars in Tatarstan,” said the director of RariTEK-Technologies. Investments amounted to about 370 million rubles.

Megastroy presented a project for the construction of a logistics distribution center in Zelenodolsk district. The new distribution center will significantly improve the quality of inventory management. “Investments will amount to 1.5 billion rubles with the creation of more than 50 jobs and we will allocate about 8 months for the construction of this center,” a company representative shared in an interview with reporters.

TC "Trans Trade" also plans to implement its project in the Zelenodolsk region. The company is interested in organizing the production of plastic windows. “Tatarstan is in the top five construction regions of Russia, so we always support projects in this area for further more effective development of this industry. We have built, we are building and we will build even more, ”added Taliya Minullina.

Members of the Investment Council supported all projects. Rustam Minnikhanov called on heads of districts and cities, industry ministers to assist investors. “These are jobs, investments. We must actively help them, ”the President of the Republic of Tatarstan stressed.
