The annual Address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today. The message was delivered at the 25th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the 6th convocation.
In his address, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan touched upon all areas of the region's policy, from awards to large families to the solution of export issues for companies with large capitalization.
One of the priority points in Rustam Minnikhanov's address was the issues of effective economic management. So the key task at this stage was to ensure sustainable economic growth.
“On the whole, our industry faces serious challenges. The first is to improve efficiency. This includes the growth of labor productivity, the introduction of innovations, the digitalization of production. The second is an increase in exports. We have industrial enterprises with revenues of over 1 billion rubles. and zero exports. It is necessary to increase the supply of high value added products. The third is import substitution. Today, one third of imports are engineering products. These are the investment niches that should be occupied by our enterprises. The fourth is industrial safety. Fifth - staffing. These are the key components of the competitiveness of our economy, ”the President of Tatarstan noted.
The next important point in the coverage of Rustam Minnikhanov's economic achievements was the republican zones and territories with federal tax benefits.
More than 10% of the republic's industrial production today is formed by residents of the business support infrastructure created in Tatarstan. The special economic zones "Alabuga" and "Innopolis", the Kama industrial park "Master", the technopolis "Himgrad" demonstrate high efficiency.
“We expect the corresponding return from the municipal industrial sites,” added Rustam Minnikhanov.
At the moment, the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency oversees 15 industrial parks on the territory of the republic, some of which are already showing impressive results in occupancy and job creation for residents of municipal districts.
The head of the Agency reminds that the implementation of investment projects at industrial sites or at the TASED of the republic will become most effective with the introduction of a full "one window" regime, when one department, the Agency, will fully support the territories of industrial parks and investors entering there.
“The situation we are heading to, when some departments have powers, and responsibility and accountability for others, will not bring results that we can be proud of,” Taliya Minullina emphasized.
The President of Tatarstan also added: “The priority for all authorities is to create a favorable investment climate, reduce administrative pressure on business. Dealing with private business issues, we solve systemic problems of the entire business environment and economy. "
