Meeting of the Board of Directors of "Projects of Tatarstan" with the results of 2021
Today, the final meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Projects of Tatarstan" was held with the participation of a member of the Board, head of the Investment Promotion Agency Taliya Minullina, where it was reported on the work carried out by the company on investment projects.
So in 2021, more than 60 projects for obtaining financing, benefits and land plots and 8 projects implemented through public-private partnerships were supported.
“The total amount of investments in these projects exceeds 1 billion rubles,” said Airat Gaifutdinov, Director General of JSC Tatarstan Projects.
The company conducts activities in the supervision of industrial parks of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the agency of which there are 14 parks.
“In addition to supporting industrial parks with low occupancy rates, work is underway to create new ones. For example, the industrial park of LLC DAVN, on the territory of which a cluster of composite materials is being created in the Yelabuga region. Within a month, this industrial park will be accredited,” added Airat Gayfutdinov.
Summing up the results of the meeting, Taliya Minullina noted the need for a more detailed formation of reporting plans for the quarterly and annual periods. “By digitizing your announced plans for 2022, we will be able to work more on those areas that need the support of the board of directors or administrative resources,” the head of the IDA concluded.
The plans of JSC "Projects of Tatarstan" include the expansion of areas of presence with the regions, the development of cooperation with banks and the functioning of JSC as a management company for industrial parks.
