Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Alekseevsky district

Alekseevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a regular basis on Saturdays at the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.

The head of the Alekseevsky district Sergey Demidov spoke about the success of the municipality, closely intertwined with the investment activity of enterprises. "The dynamics of the economic development of the district is marked by a stable growth of the main economic indicators," the head of the district began his report from such strong points. 

There is an industrial park "Alekseevskoye" in the district, among the residents are "Alekseevsky Cable Plant", "Legostroy", "Eden", "Coal Plant", "Metalwork Plant", "Reinforced concrete Plant", "Fiberglass reinforcement Shop").

LLC "Alekseevsky cable plant". For 6 months of the current year, it produced products for 118 million rubles with an increase of 30% compared to last year's level (for six months of 2021 - 90 million rubles).

Agreements on the transfer of land plots for the further development of the site were concluded with 7 residents. The volume of planned investments is 290 million, with the creation of 90 jobs.

The implementation of major investment projects in the district requires the development of transport infrastructure - the construction of the toll highway "Shali - M7 - Bavly M5", will give a powerful impetus to business development. To date, 43 km of roads have been built. 

The next point of growth of the territory is the construction of a cargo port. The construction area is 194 hectares, the production capacity of the project for cargo turnover (bulk cargo) is 5 million tons. The planned investment volume is more than 3 billion rubles. The amount of funds invested in the project is over 100 million rubles.

The locomotive of the socio-economic development of the district is the city-forming enterprise JSC "Alekseevskdorstroy", where 1.5 thousand people work. The volume of work performed in the first half of the year amounted to more than 8 billion rubles. The volume of investments in production is about 100 million rubles.

The volume of investments in the fixed capital of the subjects of the agro-industrial complex as of August 1 of this year amounted to 200 million rubles.

The head of the Alekseevsky district noted: "Just a few days ago, with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, a modern dairy complex was put into operation at the Rodina collective farm for 1,340 heads. The cost of the project is 450 million rubles. 

SPS Cooperative "Oly Tiganele" is engaged in collecting milk from the population. The cooperative consists of 254 members, monetary revenue is 85 million rubles.  The construction of a cottage cheese shop is underway. The volume of investments amounted to 5 million rubles.

In the villages of Sakona, the investor has begun construction of the first stage of a grain terminal with a one-time storage capacity of 30 thousand tons. The launch is planned for this year.  The volume of investments is about 300 million rubles.

Gross territorial product in the current year is planned in the amount of 11.3 billion rubles with an increase of 6% compared to last year.
