Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Pestrechinsky district, Ilham Kashapov, said that an important indicator of the development of the region is the volume of gross territorial product, which at the end of 2022 amounted to 21.96 billion rubles, a growth rate of 114%. The district has set a goal for the current year to reach the level of 23.2 billion rubles.
The sustainable development of the region is facilitated by the implementation of investment projects. The growth rate of investment in fixed capital in 2022 is 110%; in total, 21.65 billion rubles were invested. In the region, personal work with each investor is built on the one-stop principle. Regardless of the amount of investment and field of activity.
Currently, the district system monitors the implementation of more than 100 investment projects of various sizes. For example, in 2022 the following industrial projects were implemented in the region:
- asphalt concrete plant in the village. Kulaevo (company DSK ART-STROY+ LLC). Investment volume: 74 million rubles.
- concrete plant in the village. Kulaevo (company DSK ART-STROY+ LLC). Investment volume: 42 million rubles.
— production of treatment facilities in the village. Koshchakovo (Biotechengineering LLC). Investment volume: 50 million rubles.
— production of medical products and equipment in the village. Panovka (IVF Medfarmservice LLC). The volume of investments is 43 million rubles.
- an enterprise for processing grain crops in the village. Kobyakovo (Altair LLC). The volume of investments is 43 million rubles.
— production of construction tools in the village. Koshchakovo (Volga Instrument LLC). Investment volume: 31 million rubles.
— production of composite reinforcement in the village. Koshchakovo (Construction Innovations LLC). Investment volume: 50 million rubles.
— production of building materials in the village. Koshchakovo (PSK Bais LLC). Investment volume: 25 million rubles.
— production of SIP panels in the village. Koshchakovo (Kazansip LLC). Investment volume: 15 million rubles.
Along with this, the implementation of the following major investment projects is planned for 2023:
- creamery in the village. Kulaevo (company "Azbuka Kachestva - House of Brands"). Investment volume: 2.5 billion rubles. The design of the plant has been completed, the project is undergoing examination. Construction work is planned for June–July.
- a plant for the production of machinery, equipment and spare parts for the agricultural and construction industries in the village. Koshchakovo (JSC Kulonenergomash company). Investment volume: 580 million rubles. The plot was purchased by the investor. The category of the land plot has been changed. The design of the plant is underway. Construction work is planned for June–July.
- plant for the production of polyethylene pipes in the village. Bogorodskoye (RGK LLC). K Construction. Investment volume: 120 million rubles. Construction work began in March.
- a tire processing plant in the village. Koshchakovo (Tatneft-AZS Center LLC). Investment volume: 100 million rubles. The plot was transferred to the investor. Design is underway, construction is scheduled for September 2023.
In addition, in 2023 it is planned:
— expansion of the existing plant for the production of polyethylene pipes in the village. Pestretsy (Kazanhydroplast LLC). Volume of investment in the purchase of equipment: 40 million rubles. An additional 3 jobs will be created.
— expansion of the existing enterprise for the production of confectionery products (Tamle LLC). Volume of investments in the purchase of equipment and reconstruction of the building: 22 million rubles.
In 2022, the private industrial park “Zvanka” received state accreditation. The park's residents include 19 companies, 137 jobs have been created, and the total turnover of industrial park residents in 2022 amounted to more than 20 billion rubles.
For the period 2018-2022. More than 74 million rubles were invested in the development of the industrial site. Current and major repairs of production premises were carried out, 3 new production buildings were built.
The occupancy rate of the land plot under the park is 58.8%, all premises of the park are filled with residents.
In 2023, it is planned to build a new production and warehouse facility with an area of 1,360 m2. The investment volume will be 70 million rubles, the management company plans to use a financial product for industrial parks - the Construction 2023 loan.
In addition, in the village. Shali investor LLC "M-7 Development" is implementing the project "Industrial Park "M-7 Shali" on an area of 34.3 hectares. Specialization of the future park: roadside service and production facilities of hazard classes 3, 4 and 5. The investor plans to invest 149 million rubles in infrastructure development. The industrial park plans to accommodate at least 50 residents.
