Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Arsky district

The Arsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

The head of the Arsky district, Ilshat Nuriev, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product, which at the end of 2022 is 18 billion rubles. or 124% compared to 2021. This year it is predicted about 20 billion rubles.

Thanks to investment projects implemented in 2022, the volume of investments in fixed capital in 2022 amounted to 5.3 billion rubles, which is 44% higher than in 2021.

System House LLC launched the production of petrochemical components for the automotive industry in May last year. The volume of investments amounted to more than 100 million rubles. Export to Uzbekistan has been established.

In July 2022, a plant for the production of whole milk substitutes, premixes and compound feeds was put into operation. The total investment in the project amounted to 337 million rubles.

The Vozrozhdenie agrofirm put into operation the 4th building of a dairy complex for 1,200 heads. A line for the production of cattle feed was launched. The volume of investments amounted to 145 million rubles.

In May 2022, the Kyrlay agrofirm put into operation the first stage of a dairy complex for 1,800 heads. In the fall, construction began on the second stage for 600 head. The total investment will be 220 million rubles.

The Kazanka agricultural company has completed the construction of a modern dairy complex for 300 heads with the installation of automated equipment. The total cost of the facility including equipment was 100 million rubles.

The Yakty-Ken cooperative is completing the construction of a plant for the production of milk powder and butter. Equipment is currently being installed at the production facility. The volume of investment will be 45 million rubles.

The construction of the largest dairy complex with the ability to simultaneously keep up to 6,000 cows in LLC SKhP Severny continues with a total investment of 4 billion rubles. At the moment, the installation of the feed center is in its final stages. The first stage of silage and haylage trenches has already been commissioned, which will be used to create a feed base for future livestock breeding facilities.

In the coming years, it is planned to launch 3 more dairy complexes in the region.

The first of them is in the agricultural firm "Igenche" for 800 heads. Construction will cost 160 million rubles.

The total investment amount of AF "Vatan" for the construction of a complex with a milking herd of 1000 animals will amount to more than 210 million rubles.

Kyzyl Yar LLC also plans to build a dairy complex 12 worth 105 million rubles. According to calculations, the complex for 500 dairy cows should ensure the production of 5.5 thousand tons of milk per year.

The Arsky industrial park is developing successfully. In 2022, highways were built on the territory of the industrial park with a length of 1.7 km. There is a positive trend in the development of the park, 2 residents have launched production: a ready-mixed concrete production plant, Armada LLC, and a Volga region plant for the production of whole milk substitutes, premixes and compound feeds. This year there are plans to build an elevator complex that will include storage of 12 thousand tons of grain. The volume of investment will be 280 million rubles.

In order to create conditions favorable for the growth of investment activity, the district began to create another industrial park in the village. New Kiner is the largest rural settlement in the region. The land plot has already been formed and there are potential residents. Currently, work is underway to select a management company for the industrial park.
