Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Kaibitsky district

The Kaybitsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

The head of the Kaybitsky district, Albert Rakhmatullin, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product (GTP). In 2022, the volume of commercial goods is estimated at 5.4 billion rubles, or 106% of the 2021 level. This year, according to preliminary estimates, VTP will increase by 3.1% and amount to about 5.6 billion rubles.

The volume and growth rate of investments are indicators of the investment attractiveness of the area. Investments in fixed capital from all sources of financing in 2022 amounted to 3.8 billion rubles; this year it is planned to reach 4 billion rubles.

The implementation of the investment project “August-Kaybitsy” for the construction of a dairy complex for 3,400 dairy cows continues. About 2.6 billion rubles were invested in 2022. Two grain cleaning and drying complexes with a capacity of 100 tons per hour each, five hangars for storing 25 thousand tons of grain, an administrative building and a laboratory with a sampler were built. Laying the foundation of a dairy farm has begun.

The Tugan Yak-Agro Society invested 112 million rubles in the construction of the first stage of a dairy complex for 988 heads.

The Yaratel company began construction of a modular feed mill on the territory of the Kulanginsky production plant for the production of loose and granulated feed with a capacity of 45 tons per hour for the Ak Bars poultry complex. The volume of investment in the project is 1.5 billion rubles.

In the reporting year, the Alma peasant farm planted 16 hectares of land with the Selechensky currant variety. Equipment and seedlings were purchased for 15 million rubles. This year, a currant plantation was established; investments amounted to 8 million 600 thousand rubles.

In 2022, the peasant farm "Artsad" planted black currants on 20 hectares, and remontant raspberries were planted on 3.5 hectares.

16 million 200 thousand rubles of own funds were invested in the project, 8 million 860 thousand rubles of subsidies were received.

By autumn they plan to plant a cherry orchard on a plot of 38 hectares. The total amount of planned investments is 20 million rubles.

Entrepreneur Khalikova is constructing a supermarket with an area of 200 sq.m. in the regional center. The total volume of Investments amounted to 15 million rubles. 4 jobs will be created.

Individual entrepreneur Shakirov Ilshat bought an unused building in the village of Bolshie Kaybitsy, where reconstruction to accommodate a cafe is being completed. The total investment is 4 million rubles.
