The month began with Rebus, a large-scale event dedicated to the economics of construction in the historical center. The agency was one of the organizers of this forum. Within the framework of the forum, a session “Investment instruments for the development of historical territories” was held, the moderator was Elina Zhiganova, head of the PPP development department of the Agency for Development and Development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
July 4 acting the head of the AIR RT Insaf Galiev participated in a visiting meeting of Rais RT Rustam Minnikhanov with senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation elected from Tatarstan. On July 5, at a meeting of the Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources, Agro-Industrial and Food Policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, a bill introduced by the Agency on amendments to the Land Code of the Republic, which adjusts the criteria for providing a land plot in state or municipal ownership without tendering, to legal entities for placement, was considered objects of social, cultural and public utility purposes, implementation of large-scale investment projects.
The next day, the Agency was visited by representatives of an international company specializing in transport, logistics and customs services. The purpose of the visit was to search for a free site with a ready-made engineering infrastructure to accommodate pharmaceutical production of drugs.
On July 8, the 3-day forum “Management Excellence: Development of Regional Teams” for the regions of the Volga Federal District ended at the RANEPA branch in Nizhny Novgorod. The agency, represented by Deputy Head Marin Epifantseva, as part of the republic’s delegation, took part in training, practical exercises, team matches and visits to enterprises.
On July 10, the Agency was visited by a business delegation from the Rostov region. The unified presentation center became one of the key points in the three-day business mission of the delegates.
Also, from July 10 to July 13, 2023, INNOPROM, an international platform for searching for new customers, suppliers, partners and investors, was held in Yekaterinburg at the Ekaterinburg Expo International Exhibition Center.
The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by stand 1G2, a large delegation with the participation of officials and business representatives, and the Agency presented the investment opportunities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of Innoprom, during the presentation of the Krasnodar Territory, Marina Epifantseva took part in a discussion of interaction with resource supply organizations and spoke about the experience of Tatarstan. Constructive dialogue with colleagues and participants allowed us to identify interesting and useful practices. Thus, in the Krasnodar Territory, the agency submits a consolidated application for connection for small investors.
Also within the framework of the forum, Marina Epifantseva met with the Ambassador of South Africa Mzuvukile Jeff Maketuka and representatives of the embassy.
On July 11, Elina Zhiganova, at an online meeting with managers and specialists from municipalities and responsible republican executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, discussed the timely updating of information about PPP and private private partnership projects.
On July 13, Insaf Galiev spoke at a session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the draft law “On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.” According to the document, the criterion for a total investment of at least 350 million rubles in an investment project of an industrial park is proposed to be differentiated for urban districts and for municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the same day, a meeting was held with the business community on the issue of investment in suburban recreational facilities in Tatarstan with the participation of Rais Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency Igor Sapunov.
On July 15, the Agency spoke at an additional professional development program “Creating youth meanings: key competencies of a modern organizer of youth events and projects,” organized by the Higher School of State Medical University of K(P)FU for representatives of youth organizations and those working with youth.
On July 17, Agency employees conducted an introductory tour for students and graduate students of the Summer School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the school’s partner is the Academy of Youth Diplomacy.
Also on this day, the Director of the Platform for Industrial and Scientific and Technical Innovation, Mo Ziman, visited our Agency. AIR RT employee Alexander Babkin gave Mo Ziman an introductory tour at the unified presentation center.
The next day, representatives of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan visited the Agency for Cooperation in the Field of Investments. During meetings with the Agency's management, issues of long-term investments, tax benefits, and infrastructure were discussed.
