Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Atninsky district
The Atninsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Atninsky district, Gabdulakhat Khakimov, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product. According to preliminary estimates, it will amount to 5 billion 645 million rubles. (RUB 5.5 billion in 2022)
It is expected that in 2023 the volume of investments in the region will amount to 1 billion 800 million rubles. The agricultural sector occupies the main share in the structure of investments. This year investments will be directed to:
— Construction of the third stage of a livestock complex for 600 cows at LLC Agrofirm "Unysh" with a total capacity of 1800 heads. The volume of investments will be 167 million rubles.
— Commissioning of the next stage of a livestock complex for 440 heads of dairy cows in the Agricultural Production Complex named after. Lenin. Construction work will be completed in the amount of 295 million rubles.
— Construction of a calf barn for 700 heads, reconstruction of a calf barn for 200 heads at the Menger agricultural production complex. A total of 74 million rubles will be spent on construction.
— Construction of a farm for raising young cattle for 750 heads in the Tan agricultural production complex. Investments in the project will amount to 249 million rubles.
