Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Rybno-Slobodsky district
The Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Rybno-Slobodsky district, Radik Islyamov, said that the main indicator of the district’s activity is the value of the gross territorial product. For 2023, GTP is expected to amount to 8.6 billion rubles.
Investments in fixed capital are expected to amount to 2.1 billion rubles with a growth rate of 106.5%. The amount of announced investment projects for 2023 amounted to 2.02 billion rubles. With a cumulative total, 1.3 billion rubles of investment have already been invested, including 354.9 million rubles in the first quarter. A constructive dialogue has been established with each investor.
This year, JSC Gazkholodtekhnologiya began implementing a large investment project “Construction of a Cryogenic Filling Point (CryoFueling Point) and a Technical Service Station.” The volume of declared investments is 646 million rubles. In accordance with the road map, work was carried out to transfer the agricultural land plot to the industrial category.
The RSMK company in the region bought an unfinished building of a dairy plant and plans to launch a milk processing plant with a capacity of up to 300 tons per day. The volume of declared investments is 1.2 billion rubles.
The Kisher confectionery enterprise operates on the basis of the Sloboda industrial park. The anchor resident is the Healthy Food Factory. The total occupancy of the park is 50%, more than 80% of the usable area. This year it is planned to attract one more resident. The volume of declared investments is 100 million rubles, 97.2 million rubles have been raised.
An investor under the Voblabeer trademark, having bought a production facility with an area of 1042 square meters, plans to launch a workshop for the production of snacks for beer drinks. Today, the process of preparing production premises and purchasing equipment is underway. The volume of declared investments is 50 million rubles.
The regional branch of the Federation of Aviation Enthusiasts of the Russian Federation continues to work on the implementation of the Maslovka Aerotown project, which was supported at a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic. The volume of declared investments is 791 million rubles.
In accordance with the Minutes of the Investment Council meeting, work on transferring land plots to the appropriate categories has been completed. In order to further implement the project, there is a need to include the project implementation area in the programs of gasification, electricity and water supply, and the transport system of the Republic.
The location of the area provides a great advantage for the development of tourism. One of the most popular tourist attractions has become the Wild Farm Ecopark, which was visited by more than 12 thousand tourists over the past year, and 6.5 thousand guests in the first half of this year. Currently, the project is complementing its concept with new ideas and objects, and the creation of infrastructure. At the stage of completion of work on the Alder Glamping Complex, stages of landscaping the territory of the complex have begun. 8 A-FRAME houses were built for year-round use with a room capacity of 36 beds. The launch of the project is expected by October of this year.
The amount of declared investments in the project is 208 million rubles; to date, 136.9 million rubles have been invested in the project.
