Alekseevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Alekseevsky district Sergey Demidov spoke about the success of the municipality, closely intertwined with the investment activity of enterprises. "The dynamics of the economic development of the district is marked by a stable growth of the main economic indicators," the head of the district began his report from such strong points.
The head of the district also added that the main indicator of the district's activity is the value of the gross territorial product, which amounted to 11.4 billion rubles with an increase of 18% to the level of 2021. The plans for 2023 are to increase to 11.6 billion rubles.
Investments in fixed assets for the 1st quarter amounted to 442 million rubles.
A powerful impetus for the growth of the district's economy is the development of the Alekseevskoye Industrial Park. Works on the construction of road networks totaling 40 million rubles were carried out on its territory at the expense of the republic.
Last year, 250 million rubles worth of products were produced at the site, and 160 million rubles for 6 months of this year. In April, an order was issued by the Raisa of the Republic to provide land to a management company, from that moment agreements were concluded with 7 residents
Investments amounted to 320 million rubles, of the declared, jobs will be created. The total investment volume for the industrial park will be about 320 million rubles.
The first stage of a grain terminal worth 350 million rubles has been launched in the village of Sakony, and six more are planned to be built. The annual turnover of grain will be 300 thousand tons. The total estimated cost of the project is 1 billion rubles. In June, the first batch of grain (12 thousand tons) went to Iran. The terminal will operate year-round - in winter, car carriers will be involved, in summer - ship traffic. On the neighboring site KV-Agro also plans to build an elevator with a one-time storage of 40 thousand per year, with a line capacity of 3600 tons per day. The volume of investments will amount to 450 million rubles.
