The Investment Council approved 9 investment projects
The total investment in 9 projects amounted to 43 billion 435 million rubles, it is expected to create 760 jobs
1. Construction of a multifunctional complex with a congress center on the territory of the Kazanka River embankment along Sibgat Khakim Street in the city of Kazan (Kravt Yar Park LLC).
The Multifunctional Complex contains an urban ecosystem of a new level, which has not yet existed in Tatarstan. It is designed to provide space for work, recreation, tourism and entertainment for residents and guests of the city of Kazan in one of the most picturesque places on the banks of the Kazanka with a unique view of the Kazan Kremlin. Among the objects included in the ensemble of the Multifunctional Complex: a 5-star hotel complex, serviced apartments, a business center, a congress center building with a capacity of up to 5,000 people, infrastructure in the form of a shopping and entertainment complex, restaurants, parking, and a recreational area.
Volume of investments in the project: 28 billion 723 million rubles
2. Construction of a cinema and concert hall in the city of Almetyevsk. (PJSC Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin)
The investment project involves the construction of a cinema and concert hall in the city of Almetyevsk.
The object includes:
- Large concert hall with a capacity of about 1100 seats;
- 2 cinema halls with a capacity of 50 seats;
- 1 multi-purpose hall with a capacity of about 150 seats;
- Restaurant with a capacity of about 100 seats;
- Exhibition space;
- Venues for holding concerts of various sizes.
Investment volume: 12.6 billion rubles.
Number of jobs created: 163 units
Amount of tax revenues to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 12 years:
212.6 million rubles.
3. “Construction of a plant for the production of equipment for active recreation and sports Alfa” (Alfa Motors LLC)
The plant is aimed at producing:
— ALFA sports car, engine 130 hp, 750 cubic meters.
— ALFA rental car based on a sports car,
Lifan engine 30 hp
— Buggy for children “Alpha mini”
— Electric snow scooter “SnowCat”
— Off-road bike with electric and internal combustion engines, 6.5 hp.

— Sleds for snowmobiles, for fishermen and hunters S-6/1 (Standard)
— Sleds for snowmobiles, for fishermen and hunters S-4 deep (Standard)
The design capacity of the newly designed production is 53,348 units per year.
Total revenue per year, when the enterprise reaches its planned production capacity in 2030, will be 320.974 million rubles.
Volume of investments in the project: 108.1 million rubles.
Production will be located in Naberezhnye Chelny.
4. “Organization of production of on-board platforms for vehicles” (LLC TC “BARSAVTO”)
The goal of the investment project is to create the production of on-board platforms for vehicles. Flatbed platforms will be suitable for the following brands of trucks: MAZ, Ural, Hawo, SITRAK, Izuz, DONGFENG, JAC, KAMAZ.
The implementation of the project will allow Russian manufacturers of trucks to localize their activities, reducing the share of imported components used and, thereby, reducing the risks from using foreign solutions.
The total cost of the project will be 68 million rubles.
Production will be located in Naberezhnye Chelny
5. “Organization of production of equipment for the preparation of building mixtures” (LLC “Plant Solomatik”)
The goal of the project is to organize the production of equipment for the preparation of construction mixtures, namely asphalt mixing and soil mixing plants.
It should be noted that modern asphalt concrete plants play a fundamental role in road construction. The withdrawal from the market of the main manufacturers of asphalt concrete plants and equipment for them provoked a shortage of spare parts in Russia. The main problem is the impossibility under sanctions to purchase and deliver new equipment from foreign countries to the territory of the Russian Federation. The main task is to replace existing equipment with a domestic product, and move towards import substitution.
The total cost of the project will be 58 million rubles.
The production will be located in Chistopol.
6. Construction of the Alex Hotel in the Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kaminvest LLC)
Living and working in the village of Alekseevskoye, Alekseevsky district, you often have to face the problem of accommodating visiting citizens:
- on a business trip for work;
- tourists coming to Alekseevsky district, incl. to Bilyarsk;
- athletes for various competitions;
- transit passengers.
There is a need to build a hotel. Together with the district leadership, a construction site was selected, which is advantageously located at the entrance to the village of Alekseevskoye, next to the Kazan-Orenburg federal highway, as well as next to the recently built ice palace.
The designed hotel "Alex" is planned to have 51 rooms, with a capacity of 100 beds, with a set of necessary auxiliary premises. The room capacity consists of single and double rooms.
The planned investment costs for construction are 205 million rubles.
7. Family recreation center “CampOT” (LLC “Kepm Ot”)
A plot of 3 hectares is located near the village of Krasny Karmysh in the Zelenodolsk region, 40 km from Kazan. This location makes it possible to create a system of eco-trails with a length of 5 km for cycling, skiing and hiking, picking mushrooms and berries, as well as a water entertainment complex on the adjacent lake.
The site is planned to accommodate 17 residential buildings, including 65 beds, a houseboat (house on the water), a bathhouse complex, a cafe with a pier, children's, sports and entertainment areas.
The total investment in the project is 37 million rubles.
8. “Production of electronics and robotics” (NPO Group Avanti LLC)
Activities:
— Production of educational equipment (including robotic complexes, training drones).
— Creation and equipment of high-tech laboratories.
— Selection of equipment, preparation of technical documentation.
— Writing, testing and implementation of educational programs for students and teachers.

Planned number of jobs created: up to 200 units. Planned budget of the investment project: up to 1.3 billion.
The total annual budget of the enterprise after reaching its designed capacity will be up to 3 billion rubles.
Purchase of equipment within the region from a local manufacturer. Individual conditions from the manufacturer. As part of the investment project, it is planned to conclude a government contract with counter investment obligations (offset contract)

9. “Creation of production of a full cycle of components for hip joint endoprostheses” (LLC “Anatomy”)
This project emerged organically for a number of reasons:
— The company has successful experience in the production of complex orthopedic products. Among them are implants for spine surgery, which are used for the surgical treatment of congenital spinal deformities in children starting from 3 years of age.
— The company has successful distribution experience in the industry. 17 direct sales regions, 15 managers, logistics, a fleet of installation tools and sophisticated service. At one time, they organized training for orthopedic doctors. For many years we have been completely immersed in the endoprosthetics market in Russia.
— The endoprostheses that will be produced as part of the project are in great demand on the market. In Russia today the estimated need is 300 thousand sets of endoprostheses. In fact, about 170 thousand operations are performed. There are only 7-8 thousand sets of Russian-made endoprostheses.
Investment volume: 336.2 million rubles.
The planned location for the project is an industrial park in the Zelenodolsk region.
