Logistics Technology Park in Tatarstan: development and opportunities

29 April 2026, Wednesday

As part of the on—site monitoring, specialists from the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the investor, IN PARK KAZAN LLC (developer of the DoorHan concern), with the project "Creation of a logistics technopark in the territory of the Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan."

The project provides for the construction of 9 Class A buildings with a total area of 50-55 thousand square meters, aimed at accommodating small, medium and large businesses. A factory and warehouse buildings are already operating on the territory.

It should be noted separately that the key elements of buildings — metal structures, sandwich panels, roofing materials and reloading devices - are manufactured at DoorHan concern plants, including the Stolbishchensky plant. This allows us to ensure the construction of facilities on time.

Today, the residents of the technopark are large Russian companies:
— Internet Solutions LLC (OZON)
— Prometheus LLC (K&B)
— Wildberries

In the first quarter of 2027, it is planned to complete the construction of a multi-temperature warehouse for LENTA LLC.

In the new buildings, free space is available for production in the Light Industrial format, fully equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure.

It also provides for the construction of hostels and dormitories for employees of logistics and production complexes.

Talia Minullina: "The project was approved by the Investment Council of the republic at the end of 2023, and in early 2024, respectively, the land plots were leased without bidding. In just two years, a large-scale production and logistics complex has grown here, which provides jobs for the settlements of the Laishevsky district, and the convenient location near the airport and federal highways provides ample opportunities for residents."
