Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: “investment hour” with the Menzelinsky municipal district
The Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Menzelinsky municipal district, Aidar Salakhov, said that in the district there are 2 accredited industrial parks, where 14 residents work, for 9 months the total revenue amounted to 495 million rubles, this year 33.5 million rubles have been invested in investments, 145 people work.
Investments in fixed assets for 6 months of 2023 amounted to 1.6 billion rubles. Forecast for 2023 - 4,100 billion rubles.
1. A large project was launched by the Kamsky Bacon company - a dairy complex with a design capacity of 6 thousand cows. Today, the farm has 11,200 heads of cattle, including 5,250 cows.
The company invested more than 11 billion rubles in the implementation of the project, created 243 jobs, the average salary was 69.8 thousand rubles, contributed 23 million in taxes to the district budget for 10 months, of which 20 million were personal income taxes. The daily milk yield is 152 tons of milk.
The company also has plans to expand its activities. The construction of a specialized farm for raising young cattle for 6,400 heads has begun. 11 buildings for calf livestock and 2 buildings for dairy herds for 2 thousand cows will be built; investments in the project will amount to 1.2 billion rubles.
2. At the end of 2023, the launch of another investment project by the company “August Menzelinsk” is expected (1st stage for 1,200 head of cows) in the settlement of Stepanovka; to date, 1,546 heads of livestock have been imported and maintained (including 235 cows), 108 are employed people, 1.4 billion investments made.
3. The Zaikovsky LLC farm built a building for dairy cows for 540 heads, installed a 2*18 “Yolochka” milking machine, 115 million investments were invested in the project, 15 tons of milk are milked daily.
4. Kalmurzino LLC has built premises for keeping heifers and heifers for 350 heads, there are plans to build a feeding center, 16.7 million investments have been made, the average daily milk yield is 12 tons.
5. Peasant farm "Ilnur" is implementing a project of a commercial dairy farm with a milking parlor 2x20 parallel; at the 1st stage there will be 320 dairy cows with a subsequent increase to 600 heads. Investments in the project amounted to 179 million rubles, employing 29 people. 5 tons of milk are milked daily.
