“Women: preserving traditions - developing Russia” VDNKh March 5-6, 2024
Employees of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan take part in the All-Russian Women's Forum "Women: Preserving Traditions - Developing Russia", held as part of the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" in Moscow at VDNKh on March 5-6, 2024.
The forum was organized by the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of Galina Nikolaevna Karelova. It is worth noting that last year she took an active part and organized a number of sessions in the “Women’s View” track at the XIV International Economic Forum “Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum”.
On March 5 at 12:00, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the “At the Call of a Woman’s Heart” award took place in Pavilion 75. The Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, spoke at the opening of the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremonial part, the opportunity presented itself to hand over the book about the International Economic Forum “Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum” personally into her hands.
The All-Russian Women's Forum “Women: Preserving Traditions - Developing Russia” has become a meeting place for women of various professions from all regions of the country to share experiences and successes, discuss current problems and find ways to solve them. It is designed to demonstrate the achievements and active participation of modern Russian women in all spheres of society.
During the forum, thematic interactive events dedicated to the contribution of women to the development of their regions, as well as science, industry and high-tech industries, entrepreneurship, etc. are held at the stands of the regions (pavilion No. 75) and in the industry pavilions of VDNKh.
Thus, at the stand of the Republic of Tatarstan these days a bright, rich thematic program is being held, organized by the Head of the association of women deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan “Markhamat - Mercy” Alsu Rustemovna Nabieva.

Topic of the speech: “The activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights: personal experience and challenges.”
In total, more than 2 thousand women of different professions from all regions of the country gathered at the exhibition-forum “Russia” these days.
