“Investment hour” with Drozhzhanovsky municipal district
The Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district, Marat Gafarov, recalled that the growth rate of investment in fixed capital in 2023 is 108%, in total terms estimated at 2.1 billion rubles (2022 - 1.904 billion, 2021 - 1.187 billion rubles, 2020 - 1.133 billion rubles).
OJSC Zeolites of the Volga Region is engaged in the processing of zeolite-containing marls. The company's revenue at the end of the year reached 283 million rubles. The number of employees of the company is 92 people. Investments for the reporting year amounted to 38 million rubles.
Among the new investment projects, in 2024 it is planned to build a gas station with roadside service near the village of Nizhneye Chekurskoye with a total project cost of 150 million rubles. The initiator of the project is TAIF-NK JSC. To date, the land plot has been prepared, design and estimate documentation is at the registration stage. It is planned to create about 8 new jobs. Commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2024.
This year, private investors plan to build a shopping center in the village of Staroe Drozhzhanoe and roadside service on the regional road “Staroe Drozhzhanoe - Tatarskie Shatrashany”.
In May 2022, a new investor entered the area - the Chistopolye Holding Company. New agricultural enterprises have been created: LLC “Drozhzhanoe Rassvet Agro” for crop production and LLC “Molko-Drozhzhanoe” for livestock production.
The investor approved a roadmap for the development of the farm until 2026. The farm of Drozhzhanoe Rassvet Agro LLC cultivates 30 thousand hectares. (or 44%) arable land. The farm employs 243 residents of the area.
The Molko-Drozhzhanoe LLC farm reconstructed existing dairy farms in four departments in the amount of 110 million rubles. In 2023, the farm launched the first feed center in the region with a monofeed capacity of 18 tons/hour. All commercial farms of the economy began to be provided with complete balanced feed. The farm purchased 400 heads of breeding heifers for the amount of 81 million rubles, and another 500 heads of breeding heifers are planned to be purchased this year. The total amount of investment in the holdings of Chistopolye Holding Company in the reporting year amounted to 878 million rubles.
Timely sowing and harvesting and obtaining high-quality products also depend on the technical equipment of farms. Thanks to the new investor Chistopolye Holding Company and government programs, in 2023 the district's farms purchased 224 units. machinery and equipment (including: 36 tractors, 10 self-propelled sprayers, 7 trucks, 1 grain harvester and 170 other agricultural equipment) in the amount of 925 million rubles.
The energy supply per 100 hectares of sown area in the region is 179 hp. (according to RT -179 hp).
The AgroTransPort farm cultivates grain crops and sunflowers on an area of about 5 thousand hectares. In the reporting year, two granary complexes with a capacity of 8 thousand tons were installed. This year, two more granary complexes will be installed for 8 thousand tons and installation of straw processing equipment for 11 thousand tons per year with a total investment of 243 million rubles.
Investment projects in agriculture:
The plans of the Molko-Drozhzhanoe LLC farm are to begin construction of a dairy complex for 1,200 cows in 2024, with an increase in livestock capacity in 2025 to 2,400 cows. The land plot has been prepared, design and estimate documentation is at the approval stage.
This year, Alexey Amosov’s peasant farm plans to build a dairy farm for 200 cows.
In the reporting year, resident individual entrepreneur Vladislav Tokmakov from Ulyanovsk, who plans to produce wooden packaging for the needs of defense orders, was registered in the industrial zone. For this project, construction of a production workshop with an area of 480 sq.m. began in the fall. with a project cost of 20 million rubles. The foundation has been laid, and construction and installation work will continue in the spring. 13 jobs will be created.
This year there are 2 more residents. This is NPO Foresight Technology LLC, which has launched the production of plastic products. The necessary equipment was purchased. 42 million rubles invested. investment
Individual entrepreneur Rakipov Rushan (from Kazan) located a sewing workshop for sewing linen and accessories in the industrial zone. Sewing equipment has been installed and personnel recruitment is underway. It will launch its production in the near future.

Individual entrepreneur Ilnar Nizamutdinov from Ulyanovsk reconstructed the car garage of the former RaiPO. The Nakhodka retail chain and the World of Furniture furniture center opened there and 26 shopping arcades were built. Another shopping center with an area of 1400 sq.m. was built nearby. The total volume of investments in the reporting year amounted to more than 52 million rubles. IP Kudryavtsev Alexey launched the production of household gloves in the village of Chuvashskoe Drozhzhanoe, and in the village of Starye Kakerli IP Kamalov Rustam opened a furniture workshop for assembling cabinet furniture.
