Today, the head of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development, Talia Minullina, attended the opening of the Tatarstan International Forum on Energy and Energy and Resource Efficiency at Kazan Expo, which will last 3 days. Its main topics are import substitution and technological sovereignty in the energy sector.
“The energy complex is the basis of the investment infrastructure of Tatarstan. We are a leading region in terms of gasification of populated areas; in addition, the republic has created all the conditions for the implementation of investment projects of any level. We try to resolve issues of connecting communications for industrial facilities as quickly as possible as part of our work to support investors” - Talia Minullina.
Within the framework of the forum, the specialized exhibition “TatEnergyExpo” began its work. The exhibition presents more than 80 leading industry companies from 17 regions of Russia, the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan. A rich business program has also been prepared for the forum participants: a number of conferences and round tables are planned.
The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted that over 25 years, the forum in Kazan has established itself as an effective platform where the energy community of Russia and a number of foreign countries discuss the most pressing issues of energy development and increasing energy efficiency, and demonstrate modern energy-efficient technologies.
He emphasized that for the republic, developing energy and increasing energy efficiency is one of the priorities.
At the exhibition, the opening ceremony of two automobile gas-filling compressor stations and two cryogenic gas stations in the Elabuga, Menzelinsky, Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky districts took place via video link.
Thus, today the total design capacity of the CNG filling station network created in the republic is about 410 million cubic meters. compressed natural gas per year - a total of 47 stations. In addition, 2 natural gas liquefaction complexes with a total capacity of 25 thousand tons per year were put into operation in Tatarstan. There are 5 cryogenic filling stations.
A number of agreements were also signed:
🖊️ Kazan State Energy University and KAMA JSC agreed to launch Russia’s first laboratory for testing charging stations and electric cars.
🖊️ Kazan State Energy University will cooperate more actively with Gomel State Technical University named after P.O. Sukhoi" (Republic of Belarus).
