From 250 participants in 2009 to federal status, more than 16,000 participants in 2023. A meeting of the organizing committee of the forum “Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum” was held in Moscow.
The head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Talia Minullina, took part in a meeting of the organizing committee of the forum “Russia - the Islamic World: KazanForum”.
“In total we expect more than 16 thousand guests. - said Rais of Tatarstan. - During my international visits, we discussed issues of interaction within the framework of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia - Islamic World”. The forum is of great interest to our foreign partners. The business program of the forum is very rich.”
The latter is handled by the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. Meetings are regularly held with delegations from different countries with the participation of Ambassadors and Consuls General. For example, the Agency was recently visited by very large delegations from China, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.

And today, for the countries of the Islamic world, it has become a full-fledged platform for concluding various types of agreements. All regions of Russia are preparing for this year’s forum. OIC countries have also confirmed their participation.”
“The last forum was held at a high level. I thank the leadership of Tatarstan and Rustam Minnikhanov. I am sure that this year all events will also be held at a very high level,” emphasized Marat Khusnullin.
🕌 The XV International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” will be held from May 14 to 19.
✅The forum will include 125 sessions on such current topics as international cooperation, science and technology, investment, industry, halal industry, Islamic finance, culture, sports, tourism, women's perspective.
