The Arsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The head of the Arsky municipal district, Ilshat Nuriev, said that one of the key factors for the sustainable economic growth of the region is investment development. The growth of investment is directly related to the increase in tax revenues to the budget, the creation of new jobs, and, consequently, to the level of quality of life in the area.
The volume of investments in fixed capital for 2023 amounted to 4 billion 300 million rubles.
It is planned to begin construction of the first stage of a dairy complex for 2 thousand 700 heads on the basis of the Severny agricultural firm, the investment volume will be 1 billion rubles.
Construction of a complex for the targeted rearing of heifers is also underway; today the first stage for 340 heads is being put into operation, the investment volume is 26 million rubles.
SULTAN LLC, specializing in the production of national baked goods, has a base with a total area of 700 sq.m. The workshop is equipped with modern equipment, refrigeration and freezing units, two blast freezing chambers with a total area of 100 sq.m. To ensure uninterrupted supply, production is serviced by three cargo vans with refrigeration units.
The company plans to build a new workshop with a total area of 1500 sq/m, the investment volume is 200 million rubles.
Today the number of jobs is 120, the volume of output is 85 thousand units per day. The implementation of the project will create an additional 80 new jobs, and increase the volume of products to 135 thousand units. in a day.
Sales have been established, finished products are shipped to large federal chains “Pyaterochka”, “Magnit”, “Verny”, “Metro”, “Lenta”.
This year, the Kyzyl Yar agricultural company is completing the construction of a dairy complex worth 105 million rubles. According to calculations, the complex for 500 dairy cows should ensure the production of 5.5 thousand tons of milk per year.
The Vozrozhdenie agricultural company plans to commission a maternity building for 300 animals. The total investment will be 60 million rubles.
Today, in two farms - the Vatan agricultural firm and the Igenche agricultural firm - the process of registering land for the construction of dairy complexes for 400 and 800 heads, respectively, is underway.
“It should be noted that interaction with business has been established within the framework of the activities of the Municipal Investment Council and in accordance with the regulations for supporting investment projects on the “one window” principle, in the implementation of which local governments provide comprehensive assistance” - the head of the district.
Another important direction for the region’s economy is the development of industrial infrastructure. There are 2 accredited industrial parks operating in the district. The number of residents today is 19 enterprises, the number of employees is 300 people. Residents' turnover increased by 33% compared to 2022 and amounted to 2 billion 700 million rubles.
The success of an industrial park depends on the presence of an effective management company and the provision of the engineering infrastructure necessary to accommodate new production facilities.
In 2023, the Management Company of the Arsky Industrial Park was selected to create, modernize and reconstruct engineering, energy and road infrastructure facilities. It is planned to build new sewerage networks on the territory of the industrial park in the amount of 69 million rubles. In 2022, highways were built on the territory of the industrial park with a length of 1.7 km, the economic effect of the construction of which continues to this day.
In 2023, in the industrial park, individual entrepreneur Gainutdinov Ruslan built a workshop for the production of confectionery products, the investment volume was 45 million rubles. 40 new jobs were created. The entrepreneur began construction of another workshop, the investment volume is 50 million rubles, the number of employees will be increased to 100 people.
In March, a plant for the production of milk powder and butter at the Milli dairy plant was launched. The volume of investments amounted to 45 million rubles.
The LLC PromArsk enterprise, specializing in the production of metal frames for buildings of livestock complexes, as well as stall equipment, rented premises built by the management company of the industrial park and began its activities. Today, the management company is completing the construction of another production building to further expand the production of PromArsk LLC.
