"Investment hour" with the Mendeleevsky municipal district
The Mendeleevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.

A liquid carbon dioxide production plant with a capacity of 32,000 tons/year was put into operation.
A new production of a liquid component for purifying exhaust gases of diesel engines based on urea (AdBlue) with a capacity of 32 thousand tons/year has been launched. The main consumers of the products were: KAMAZ PJSC
A significant project of the current year is the construction of a production facility for the production of liquid mineral fertilizers (LMF) with a capacity of 150 thousand tons/year. The urea-ammonium mixture avoids nitrogen losses compared to granular fertilizers, and also saves equipment operating time - as it is successfully used in a mixture with other fertilizers in liquid form.
The key development project is Ammonia-2, which will allow the existing production of fertilizers to be increased by more than 2 times! The volume of investments will amount to more than 160 billion rubles with the creation of 500 new jobs. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2025. The project will become an anchor resident of the future economic zone "Alabuga-Mendeleevsk", for which land plots with an area of 900 hectares have been identified in our area. The oldest “Chemical Plant named after Lev Yakovlevich Karpov” continues production, which was awarded the honorary title “Enterprise of Labor Valor”.
The main point of growth for entrepreneurship development is the Territory of Advanced Development.
Residents of the Mendeleevsk ASEZ are 18 companies with an investment volume of 3.8 billion rubles. and the creation of 382 jobs.

1.76 billion rubles were invested (41% of the plan), 192 new jobs were created (34% of the plan). An additional 5 investment projects are under consideration.
The construction of a production facility for the production of concrete and concrete products has been completed. The volume of investments is more than 120 million rubles. Previously, concrete was delivered from Yelabuga and Naberezhnye Chelny.
In general, the catalog of investment projects includes 38 business initiatives, which we support on an ongoing basis. Any business initiatives go through the municipal Entrepreneurship and Investment Council; last year the council was recognized as the best in the republican competition.

Construction is underway on a five-star glamping park with a White Lily spa center on the banks of the Kama River. The investor aims to develop the second stage of the project and build a private sanatorium. The total cost is estimated at 1 billion rubles.
