The best services for investors were discussed within the KazanForum by representatives of investment agencies around the world at an off-site meeting of the NAIR.Global platform. Representatives of investment teams from the UAE, Turkey, Libya, as well as Tatarstan, Tyumen and Voronezh spoke about their practices and reviewed global experience. Executive Director of the National Association Rafael Khusyainshin, as a moderator, dedicated the speech and questions to the speakers to the important issue of supporting investors with professional services.
Talia Minullina, as curator of the NAIR.Global platform, offered an overview of the now standard services for investors, including digital ones, and advanced solutions used by leading countries in attracting investments. Thus, new products for Russian investment agencies could be the creation of registers of companies, contractors, suppliers, specialists open to investment, the opening of expat centers, the introduction of artificial intelligence for processing applications and assessing the feasibility of projects.
Foreign participants of the session spoke about their achievements, including the availability of digital services. For example, in Libya you can register a business in no more than 72 hours, online from a mobile phone. In the UAE, any services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A representative of the Turkish investment office spoke about how they work with “diamond” projects.
The session was attended by representatives of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, investment agencies - members of the National Association, government and business.
