The Years of Culture of China and Russia are declared open!

The TIDA employees as part of the Tatarstan delegation are right now in China, Harbin at the VIII Russian-Chinese EXPO and the IV Russian-Chinese Forum on Interregional Cooperation. They present the achievements of the republic, actively promote its investment opportunities, introduce participants and visitors to the culture and traditions of the region, and also establish relationships between Tatarstan and Chinese businesses.

Talia Minullina, head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency: “The President of Russia noted that Harbin is a city of special importance for Russia, because it was founded by Russian settlers. He recalled the importance of Harbin for the common history of the two countries. The most frequent guests of the Agency are delegations from China. In December, we received, in particular, guests from Harbin. This year marks not only the year of culture between Russia and China, but also the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries. And these topics will become fundamental in preparation for the 2nd largest international forum of ROSTKI - “Russia-China: mutually beneficial cooperation". The first was held on September 7–8, 2023 in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan. The Forum was attended by more than 7,000 participants from 25 countries and 58 regions of Russia, including more than 600 representatives of the Celestial Empire, including guests from the provinces of Shandong, Hunan, Sichuan, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Guangdong, Hebei, Yunnan, Liaoning, Qinghai . At the Forum there were delegations from the Chinese cities of Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Yuhuan, Wenlin, Meishan, Deyang, Xi'an, Dongying, Lianshan, Neijiang, Liaocheng, Guangyuan, Pengzhou, Qiqihar, Guangzhou, Manzhouli, as well as large business delegations of industry partners. »
