7 investment projects totaling 3 billion 4 million rubles were approved at the second Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024

The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan submitted the following projects for support to the Investment Council:

✅Project for the development of the investment infrastructure of the republic “Creation of the Agryz industrial park on the territory of the Agryz municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (Unipark LLC)

Head of AIR RT Taliya Minullina:
“There is no problem with the occupancy of industrial parks. There is a problem with the sale of land plots on the territory of industrial parks, and premises need to be built there - these are two different things. Not every entrepreneur is ready to build. Someone wants to come in for a rental. It is very important that people understand what is happening: the industrial parks that exist in the republic today are almost 100% full. There are no free rooms anywhere.
Believe me, I make inquiries for each investor in all areas. I cannot find 5, 10 thousand square meters of empty free space with ready-made engineering infrastructure that does not need to be repaired. If there are premises, then you need to invest so much in them that it is easier to simply demolish and build new ones. Therefore, today there are land plots on the territory of industrial parks and they are called empty, but there are no premises.”

✅ “Construction of the recreation center “Tugan Yak” on the territory of the city of Nurlat” Nurlat municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (CITYEXPERT LLC)

✅ “Construction of the warehouse logistics complex “Bars Logistic” on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny (Technopark “Bars-Logistic” LLC)
