“Investment hour” with the Leninogorsk municipal district
The Leninogorsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Leninogorsk municipal district, Ryagat Khusainov, reported that in the structural restructuring of the economy, a huge role is assigned to attracting investments, not only in the field of oil production.
The volume of extra-budgetary investments for the reporting year amounted to more than 13 billion rubles and about 2.2 billion rubles at the end of the 1st quarter. (Rank in RT – 11)
The main areas of investment for the reporting year are oil production, agriculture, social facilities, road and transport infrastructure, and improvement of public areas.
The Water Technologies Engineering company in Moscow acquired the Tatneft-Aktiv property complex to create a research and production site. The goal is to launch import-substituting production: synthesis and production of the reagent “VTIAMIN KR-33” and its derivatives (“VTIAMIN KR-31”, “VTIAMIN KR-34”), which have no domestic analogues on the modern market.
To date, work has been completed on the reconstruction of the first production building and laboratory, and a production line for the synthesis of reagents has been manufactured. Carrying out commissioning work - September this year. The second stage is the construction of another production building. The total cost of the project is 450 million rubles. 35 jobs will be created.
Preparatory work has been carried out for the implementation of an investment project - the construction of a waste sorting complex. The volume of investments is about 3.5 billion rubles, it is planned to create 383 jobs. The area is 60 hectares, which will include automated composting areas and waste disposal (non-recyclable fraction).
At the processing enterprise “Delo v shere” (investor Irek Zakirov), last year the 1st stage of the investment project was completed - worth 200 million rubles: modernization and renewal of technological equipment was carried out. This made it possible to increase production capacity to 150 tons of daily raw milk intake (more than 4.5 times). Two cheese storage facilities were reconstructed, and a slicing and packaging line was launched. Sales of manufactured products are carried out in chain hypermarkets of the republic.
This year’s tasks are the re-equipment of workshops and the purchase of milk tankers, the launch of a line of halal products.
In addition, the owner acquired a plot of land for the construction of a facility with a milk freeze-drying line and two warehouses. Construction is scheduled to begin in July this year. The total investment will be more than 700 million rubles.
“Given the decline in economic indicators in the agricultural sector, attracting investment in this industry is an extremely important task for us,” the head of the district.
Currently, negotiations are underway to attract 2 investors to the area for the construction of dairy complexes from Moscow and Penza. Bilateral working meetings were held, plans were discussed and outlined. The first stages of the activities are planned for the fall of this year.
LLC "August-Leninogorsk" continues to invest in the construction of a dairy complex.
Stage 1 - implemented for 400 heads. This year the construction of the second stage for 600 animals will be completed. The commissioning of the facility is planned for the third quarter of this year, with the purchase of breeding heifers in the amount of 560 heads in the amount of 107 million rubles and bringing the total number of dairy herds to 1,376 heads by the end of the year - according to the road map.
The investment volume will be 260 million rubles. After reaching design capacity in 2025, it is planned to produce 9.5 thousand tons of milk per year.
The work involves designing a reclamation system for an irrigated area on an area of 290 hectares. The estimated cost of this project is 200 million rubles. (in Staro-Ishteryaksky village).
The same investor developed a project for the construction of a machine and tractor park, costing 250 million rubles. Its implementation will make it possible to repair agricultural machinery year-round. Construction starts in 2025.
Unfortunately, last year, due to an outbreak of bird flu, the Leninogorsk Poultry Farm LLC had to completely eliminate the bird population - more than 250 thousand heads, the damage amounted to about 60 million rubles. The company was bought by a new investor, Chistopolye, who plans to raise turkeys. The implementation of the 1st stage of the project - reconstruction and major repairs - is being completed. June 8 - delivery of the first batch of turkey poults (15 thousand heads)
The expected annual production volume for the project is 6.5 thousand tons of meat.
The cost of the project is about 1 billion rubles.
In the near future, the investor plans to build a complex for processing products, and for the attracted highly qualified specialists - the construction of a residential complex.
