“Investment hour” with the Kukmor municipal district
The Kukmor municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the city mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Kukmorsky municipal district, Sergei Dmitriev, reported that the basis for further transformations in the economy is investment. The main share of investments is aimed at the development of agricultural and processing industries. In 2023, the volume of investments amounted to 6 billion rubles, and this year is expected to be about 6.7 billion rubles.
Agricultural enterprises will build livestock complexes for 8,220 dairy cows in 2024-2025.
LLC “Vakhitovo” is implementing the investment project “Construction of a dairy farm for 1000 livestock places in the village of Trysh” with an investment volume of 670 million rubles.
LLC "Unysh" is building a mega-farm for 1000 animals.
Agricultural production complex "Ural" is implementing a project to build a farm for 1000 heads with an investment volume of more than 600 million rubles.
Individual entrepreneur Khalikova-Burundukova continues the second stage of the investment project for 2,400 heads of dairy herd.
Vostok LLC is constructing a barn for 420 heads.
Milka LLC has begun the revalization of the first stage for 1,200 heads of the investment project “Construction of a dairy farm for 4,800 heads of milking herd” with a total investment of more than 4 billion rubles.
Kukmor Metalware Plant LLC continues construction of the second production complex. The total cost of the investment project is more than 1 billion rubles.
Kukmorsky Dairy Plant LLC is starting to implement an investment project for the construction of a plant for deep processing of milk and production of dairy ingredients with a capacity of 800 tons per day with an investment volume of 5 billion rubles.
Residents of the Kukmor industrial park invested 1 billion 243 million rubles. The turnover of enterprises for 2023 is 890 million rubles.
At the end of 2023, the private industrial park “Ramazan Ikmage” on the territory of former agricultural machinery was accredited. Today, the park management company is carrying out a major renovation of an empty building with an area of more than 2000 sq.m. to accommodate residents.
IP Gazizov Rainur (Rurayam brand) is expanding sales markets and increasing production volumes of halal confectionery products. More than 5,000 cakes are produced per day. The annual production volume is estimated at more than 300 million rubles. Groups from Kazan, Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny and other regions of the republic come to excursions organized by the entrepreneur.
