Taliya Minullina told how an entrepreneur can take everything from the TIDA and not get confused in the “Laishevsky Knot”
Today, the head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Taliya Minullina, as part of a traditional meeting with the entrepreneurial activists of the Laishevsky District, gave them a report on the topic: "Implementation of current investment projects in the territory of the Laishevsky Municipal District, promising investment areas and interaction of investors with the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan."
Today, the Laishevsky Municipal District is among the leaders among the districts of Tatarstan in terms of the number of investment projects! Taliya Ilgizovna spoke about some of them during her speech.
The topic of joint work of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency with the Institute of Spatial Planning on the Laishevsky node has become a pressing one. The Agency regularly holds meetings of the working group on the development of a master plan for the district. Also, to date, a group has been created on the issue of forming industrial sites on a given territory. 4 promising locations for their creation have been found!!
Earlier, Taliya Minullina noted that: "Investors often select sites that do not correspond to either the intended use, or the category, or the master plan, or the general plan. We change all the documentation for the projects, and this is not a fast process. And as a result, as a feedback on the efforts made, we hear that we are working slowly. That is, at first, investors choose the cheapest sites without utility networks, then we do all this and as a result we receive bad feedback. Today we will work out ways to move away from this scheme.
Also, in the first half of 2024, 3 meetings of the municipal investment council of the district were held, during which 17 appeals from businessmen with projects were considered.
In general, the current issues and prospects for the socio-economic development of the district were discussed during the meeting. In addition to the head of the district, representatives of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development, the State Budgetary Institution of the Institute of Spatial Development, JSC "AGZRT" and, of course, one of the major investors of the Laishevsky district Igor Malygin - Deputy General Director for Construction of Biosfera-Fish LLC with a presentation of his project.
