"Investment Hour" with Tukaevsky Municipal District
Tukaevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activities, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in a variety of areas.
Acting head of the Tukaevsky municipal district Rustem Zakirov reported that the favorable location of the district contributes to the development of investment potential. In addition, new technologies and innovations create new investment opportunities, which also adds positive dynamics to the investment sphere. According to the results of 2023, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 36.9 billion rubles.
Begishevo Airport put into operation a new terminal with an area of 8.5 thousand square meters last year, the volume of investments amounted to 1 billion rubles. The capacity increased to 400 passengers per hour. Passenger traffic last year increased to 654 thousand people, this year this figure is planned to be increased to 700 thousand.
Chelnykhleboprodukt JSC began implementing a project for the technical re-equipment of the grain and flour raw materials building of the feed mill, the working tower of the silo buildings of the elevator, the launch of a new flour packaging line, for a total of 868.6 million rubles.
The Raritek automobile plant is engaged in the full-cycle production of passenger and cargo vehicles using natural gas - methane as fuel.
The plant produces a full cycle of LOTUS brand passenger and cargo vehicles, ten-meter low-floor buses are produced in suburban and urban versions, a 12-meter bus is currently being tested, all buses are gas-powered. (The cost of the bus is approximately 16 million rubles)
This year, the company's investments will amount to about 950 million rubles. The company employs 250 people.
There are several investment projects at the implementation stage in the region, which were considered by the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan:
In 2023, 14 billion rubles were invested in the construction of the Deng Xiaoping Logistics Terminal, which is part of the Ethylene 600 industrial park, and another 14 billion will be invested in 2024. As of today, roofing work is being completed (80% complete), concrete flooring has begun, sandwich panels are being installed (60% complete), and the upper track of the railway is being laid.
The investment project for the construction of an industrial and warehouse complex with a total area of 60 thousand square meters by PakPrestus LLC is being implemented in accordance with the schedule agreed upon with the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. The total cost of the investment project is 1 billion 750 million rubles with the creation of 80 jobs.
In order to provide nearby industrial enterprises with cement, OOO Resurs-M (on the territory of Kruglopolsky SP) is launching a project to build a cement terminal with a production capacity of 200 thousand tons per year. Investments amount to 439 million rubles.
The second project: construction of an asphalt concrete plant of OOO Stroyresurs (on the territory of Nizhnesuyksinsky SP) with investments of 100 million rubles. The production capacity of the plant will be 100 thousand tons/year.
In the reporting year, the amount of attracted investments in agriculture amounted to 1 billion 823 million rubles.
OOO Chelny-broiler is actively implementing investment projects. The company has started building a site for composting manure and has begun construction of local treatment facilities.
The volume of investments in fixed assets within the framework of the implementation of investment projects will amount to 1 billion 59 million rubles.
One of the first investment projects completed this year by OOO Agrofirma KAMA, which is part of the Agrosila holding structure, was the construction of a warehouse for storing plant protection products. The holding invested 134 million rubles in the project. The total volume of one-time storage of plant protection products is 400 thousand liters. This is where the acceptance, temporary storage and distribution of plant protection products to the holding’s agricultural firms will take place.
The Agricultural Complex of the branch of the Agrofirm Anyak, the Voroshilovsky state farm, is actively developing. Land reclamation systems have been put into operation. New high-tech circular irrigation machines have been installed in the amount of 14 pieces. To date, 408 million rubles have been invested. The total investment will amount to 882 million rubles.
OOO SKhP im. Saydasheva is implementing projects for the construction of a feed mill; construction of a feed mill is planned for 2025. Construction has begun on a specialized arched farm for raising up to 300 heads of young dairy cattle with a total investment of more than 41 million rubles. Commissioning is scheduled for the fall of this year.
