"Investment Hour" with Alekseevsky Municipal District

The Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activities, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various areas.

The head of the Alekseevsky municipal district Sergey Demidov reported that investments in fixed assets for the 1st quarter amounted to 699.2 million rubles (1st quarter of 2023 - 442.2 million rubles). The volume of investments in fixed assets of entities of the agro-industrial complex as of August 1 of this year amounted to 520 million rubles.

Mostovik LLC is actively developing. The enterprise produces more than 14 types of driven piles, 7 grades of concrete (26.8 cubic meters in the first half of the year), 16 types of reinforced concrete products (3,621 units for 55.6 million rubles in the first half of the year). It is currently actively developing the production of New Jersey road blocks. Investments in the acquisition and commissioning of fixed assets for the first half of 2024 amounted to 28.1 million rubles (79 million rubles in 2023, 70.5 million rubles in 2022). The company has prepared a large investment project for the construction of a modern reinforced concrete plant with a river terminal, with an investment volume of 405 million rubles, and submitted it for consideration by the republic's investment council.

TATMASH Plant In 2022, in order to replace imports and meet the need for spare parts for road construction equipment, a company from St. Petersburg decided to open a production facility for the road industry.

TATMASH is gradually gaining momentum, products worth 160 million rubles have been manufactured, and 42 people have been employed. 1st half of 2024 – 59.5 million rubles (40% growth compared to the same period in 2023). The number of employees and wages increases annually (42 people work, wages – 75 thousand rubles (115.4% growth, from 65 thousand rubles). Investments for the 1st half of the year amounted to 52.8 million rubles (30t truck crane and 2 new workshops with an area of ​​1,836 sq.m.).

Agro-leader LLC (Gatin Samat Suleimanovich) launched a sunflower oil production plant with a capacity of 150 tons per day in March. Output: unrefined oil and cake and 30 tons of husk, which is used to heat the premises. The products are almost entirely exported to China. 110 million rubles were invested in the project.

A powerful impetus for the growth of the district economy is the development of an industrial park "Alekseevskoye". Last year, the site produced goods worth 336 million rubles. Agreements were signed with 11 residents to carry out activities in the production of: cable and wire products, metal structures and screw piles, metal tiles for roofing and facades, house kits, modular buildings, bakery products, ten of which have already begun construction.
The occupancy rate of the industrial park is 69.5%. The total investment volume will be more than 350 million rubles, to date more than 200 million rubles (210 million) have been spent. An additional 225 jobs are planned to be created.

According to the results of the first half of the year, the total amount of support measures is 637.77 million rubles.
