Head of the RT AIR Taliya Minullina: “Startups today are something that all countries in the world are hunting for to varying degrees. Objectively, China today is the top of what can happen with venture investments, because no other country in the world spends the amount of funds that it spends on venture investments. Venture investments are aimed at where there are technologies, money and clients - what startups need. China has solved the issue of money, technology, and there are more than enough clients. Tatarstan has a competitive position precisely from the point of view of clients, because our companies, especially large ones, are ready and constantly consider ideas. They are engaged in innovation, organize startup competitions, attract them from all over Russia. Not every region has the same situation as we do, I believe that this is Tatarstan’s advantage.” Taliya Minullina gave specific examples of startups working in petrochemistry and healthcare and noted the support that startups receive in the republic and the wide opportunities for promoting and implementing the product, thanks to the openness and interest of business and the government, primarily Raisa RT.
Today, the head of the RT AIR greeted the participants of the Invest Regatta Innopolis forum and took part in a public discussion opening the event on the topic: "Sails of Innovation: Tatarstan on the Venture Map of Russia". At it, leading experts discussed the role of Tatarstan in the development of venture investments, achievements in IPOs, promising startups and preparations for the Russian Venture Forum 2025.
