On July 1, the Agency took part in a meeting of the industry committee "Development of the system of assistance to residents of industrial and industrial parks, SEZ, TOR" of the Industrial Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko, during which a presentation of the platform "промпарки.рф" took place.

On the same day, the Agency held the 4th municipal investment council with the Tukaevsky district. The meeting was attended by the head of the department for support and support of investment projects Olesya Nigmetzyanova, included in the composition of the members of the municipal Investment Council as a representative of a specialized organization for work with investors.

On July 3, the third stage of the logistics complex was opened in the Zelenodolsk industrial park. On the day of the launch of the facility, the Romex group of companies and Ozon also announced the start of construction of another fulfillment center in the Zelenodolsk district with a total area of ​​85 thousand square meters. The new warehouse complex will be located in the Tura 2.0 industrial park. The start of operations is scheduled for the end of 2026, and the logistics hub will reach full capacity in 2027.

On July 4, a new elevator complex of Sviyazhsk-Zernoprodukt LLC was opened. The investment amount is 2.8 billion rubles. Sviyazhsk-Zernoprodukt will provide storage, cleaning, drying, transshipment and loading of agricultural products with the possibility of shipment to road, water and rail transport. The storage capacity reaches 112 thousand tons of grain in 16 silo buildings.

On July 6, the head of the TIDA Taliya Minullina got acquainted with the investment indicators of the Atninsky municipal district at the "investment hour" in the Government House of the Republic with the participation of Rais Tatarstan.

On July 8-9, the employees of the TIDA as part of the delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom-2024". All two days of the forum, they worked at the republic's stand, presenting the investment and industrial potential of Tatarstan to the forum participants. The stand became not only a place to get acquainted with Tatarstan, but also a location for business negotiations. The Agency employees discussed areas of possible cooperation with a potential investor in Tatarstan. In addition to the stand, they worked as part of the delegation at the forum and beyond, for example, on July 9, the representative office of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Sverdlovsk region was visited on a working visit.

On July 16, the implementation of the large-scale investment project "Creation of a logistics technology park in the territory of the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan" was secured by an investment agreement between the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and IN PARK - KAZAN LLC, signed today by the Head of the Agency Taliya Minullina and investor Konstantin Antonov in the presence of the head of the Laishevsky district Ildus Zaripov. The implementation of the project involves the construction of 9 buildings with an area of ​​50-55 thousand square meters of class A for logistics complexes and for production in the Light Industrial format to accommodate small, medium and large businesses.

On the same day, the municipal investment council of the Alekseevsky district held with the participation of the Agency's project office. Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Igor Sapunov, Head of the Investment Project Support and Accompaniment Department Olesya Nigmetzyanova and Head of the Investment Project Expertise Department Dmitry Alekseev reviewed the project and gave it a positive assessment.

On July 17, First Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Insaf Galiev attended the opening of an investment project - an alpaca park on the territory of the Sviyaga country club in the immediate vicinity of Sviyazhsk. The park is a space for family recreation: on an area of ​​2.7 hectares, guests will be greeted in open enclosures by alpacas, noble marals, rabbits and other animals. The infrastructure also includes a souvenir shop with accessories of our own production. The investment amount is 30 million rubles.

On the same day, 80 participants of the KFU Summer University project took advantage of the unique opportunity to visit the Tatarstan Unified Presentation Center in the building of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Head of the Agency Marina Epifantseva gave them a presentation of the economic and investment potential of the republic, which gives guests a general idea of ​​Tatarstan and leaves pleasant associations so that each visitor tells others about the republic.

A delegation of officials, university management, representatives of corporations and companies from Hunan Province, China also visited the TIDA on a business visit. The guests got acquainted with the investment potential of Tatarstan in the Unified Presentation Center of the Agency, and then met with the TIDA team headed by Taliya Minullina.

In addition to the above, Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Marina Epifantseva presented the investment potential of Tatarstan to our business partners at a conference on trade and economic development between Hunan Province and the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of cooperation between the Volga Federal District regions and the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River. After the official part of the program, B2B negotiations were held between enterprises of the two countries.

On July 18, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina met with representatives of an Iranian company engaged in the production of medical equipment. The businessmen turned to the Agency for help in finding a partner-manufacturer of medical equipment for further joint localization of production. The meeting was held with the participation of the Consul General of Iran in Tatarstan.

On the same day, a delegation from the Tver Region visited the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency as part of a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan. It included the Ministry of Economic Development and the Investment Support Center, as well as representatives of the region's government and business. The guests got acquainted with the investment potential of the republic in the Unified Presentation Center, and then met with the Agency's team led by Taliya Minullina.

On July 19, the head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, as part of a traditional meeting with the entrepreneurial activists of the Laishevsky District, gave them a report on the topic: "Implementation of current investment projects in the Laishevsky Municipal District, promising investment areas and interaction of investors with the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency."

On the same day, the deputy head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Igor Sapunov ceremoniously opened the production of Technics LLC in the Laishevsky District. In 2023, the profit volume of the LinerTek Group of Companies amounted to more than 38 million rubles, investment volumes were 200 million rubles, and the number of employees was 90 people.

On the same day, the Muslyumovsky District Municipal Investment Council held a meeting with the participation of the Agency's project office. Olesya Nigmetzyanova, Head of the Investment Project Support and Accompaniment Department, and Dmitry Alekseev, Head of the Investment Project Expertise Department, reviewed the project, which provides for the implementation of a recreational complex (glamping) on ​​a picturesque site with maximum integration of buildings and infrastructure facilities, as well as a natural component. The complex is multifunctional and can offer both quiet and active recreation formats, in a family and individual format.

On July 24, the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency concluded an investment agreement with the public joint-stock company Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin.

On July 26, the Agency's project office held a meeting on the preliminary structuring of an investment project involving the creation of a production and warehouse complex for the production of technical heparin with a capacity of 2.5 tons/year in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. A meeting was also held on the construction of a glamping site in the Laishevsky municipal district.

At the end of the day, a meeting was held to prepare the agenda for the upcoming investment council. The Agency's project office discussed the degree of preparation of investment projects supervised by the TIDA for their submission to the council.

On July 30, the head of the TIDA Taliya Minullina held a working meeting with the company "Tempo-Logistic", during which the parties discussed a new investment idea that could develop into a project in the future.

Also, LLC UK "City of Electronic Commerce" met with Taliya Ilgizovna today and discussed the progress of the project.

First Deputy Head of the TIDA Insaf Galiev today took part in a meeting at the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the implementation of the "100 Plants of Tatarstan" project.

The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the construction of waste processing facilities created in the territories of the Leninogorsk, Pestrechinsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts of Tatarstan with the participation of the Deputy Head of the RT Investment Development Agency Igor Sapunov.

The Agency's project office, in turn, continues to work on the project of Agrotekhnologii LLC.

On July 31, a meeting was held at the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency with investors from Moscow with the participation of representatives of the Republic's Ministry of Sports and the Executive Committee of Kazan on the issue of creating new phygital centers in Tatarstan.
