"The Dawn of Tatarstan" ascended into the TIDA today. "Municipal hour" with the Bavli district
The fifth "Municipal Hour" was held with the Bavli district of Tatarstan today at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic.
The head of the TIDA, Taliya Minullina: "This area is very interesting, despite the fact that only 33 thousand people live there, in fact there are many enterprises that produce products, creative people live in the subject and, most importantly, there is a high investment potential and many interesting business niches. Despite its remoteness, the Bavli district is consistently among the top twenty in terms of investments in fixed assets from non-budgetary sources. Investments are coming in very well not only from the Republic of Tatarstan. At least five regions of Russia are steadily investing in the district."
Thanks to the federal transport routes passing through the territory of the Bavlinsky district (federal highways M-5 and R-239), accessibility of transport logistics for business development is ensured, the Bavlinsky district is an area of active interaction between the Republic of Tatarstan and neighboring regions: the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Orenburg and Samara regions. This spatial position creates advantages in the field of socio-economic and cross-border cooperation.
More than 7 billion rubles of capital investments were directed to the economy and social sphere last year. In the first quarter of this year, the enterprises of the district invested more than 3 billion rubles. Investment projects are being implemented as part of the modernization and strengthening of the material and technical base of the production of existing enterprises.
One of the major investment projects by the end of 2023 is the construction of a plant for the production of fiberglass pipes by Tatneft-Presskomposite. In total, more than 2 billion rubles have been invested.
The fact that the area was focused on the oil industry, today unexpectedly gives a lot of advantages to investors. These are free niches, especially in the fields of crop and livestock production, services, and:

And due to the fact that Tatneft has created an excellent social infrastructure, the area has become a point of attraction for neighbors. For example, people from other regions come to swim in a well-maintained outdoor pool. The head of the district said that it is planned to collaborate with Nizhnekamsk Thermal Baths to create a year-round resort.
To attract investors in the area, there are empty production bases of Tatneft-Asset LLC with ready-made utilities (gas, light, water) with land plots under them: 2 objects with land plots and 2 land plots without buildings. (See on the slide)
