"Investment Hour" with the Vysokogorsky municipal district
The Vysokogorsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis at the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
Ravil Khisamutdinov, Head of the Vysokogorsky Municipal District: "From year to year, such enterprises as Kazanselmash LLC, Polygran PC LLC, SafPlast LLC, and others remain the flagships among our enterprises. Our area remains one of the most attractive from an investment point of view. In 2023, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 21.6 billion rubles. The volume of investments is carried out due to the progressive development of existing and newly created enterprises, through the implementation of federal and republican programs, as well as through projects supported by the district. Thus, in the 1st half of 2024, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 9.7 billion rubles. Today, together with the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, we are considering applications received for the implementation of glamping complexes in the territory of the Vysokogorsky municipal district. I would like to note that this is also one of the interesting directions for our district.

In LLC Kazanselmash, a new production building with an area of more than 1.5 (one and a half) thousand square meters was commissioned in 2023. Investments amounted to more than 99 million rubles.
- PC Polygran LLC

In 2023, a new line for the production of cable and pipe composites was launched at PC Polygran LLC with the participation of the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is a high-tech equipment, it is the only extrusion line in the country with fully developed and implemented domestic software algorithms. The commissioning of the new production line increased the output of import-substituting products by almost 50% and increased the number of jobs. The volume of investments amounted to more than 250 million rubles.

Last year, SafPlast LLC also increased its production capacity. Investments at the end of the year amounted to more than 25 million rubles.

They are engaged in the manufacture of cabinet furniture, as well as equipping (completing) private, commercial and public facilities. About 25 million rubles of investments have been invested, 10 jobs have been created.
- Rabbit Farm

The production of meat breed rabbits in the village of Ullya has been reanimated. The enterprise, designed for 120 thousand heads, will become one of the largest in the region. The number of livestock has already reached about 30 thousand, 23 jobs have been created.
About industrial parks
- HEF Industrial Park

Until recently, the only HEF industrial park operated in the district, where 8 residents operate. The total revenue of residents for the 1st half of the year amounted to more than seven hundred million (789.1) rubles. Unfortunately, due to the location of the industrial park in a dense residential area, there are no further prospects for its development.
- Chernyshevka Industrial Park

At the same time, thanks to our joint work with the Ministry of Economy, the Chernyshevka Industrial Park was organized and is currently being accredited on the territory of Chernyshevsky rural settlement, on the basis of RTI Center LLC. A grant from the Innovation Assistance Fund in the amount of 30 million rubles was attracted to the development of the industrial park by the resident – RTI Center LLC.
- "Monsoon Group"

Also, at the meeting of the Investment Council under the leadership of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan on March 26, 2024, the construction of 2 parks in the territory of the Vysokogorsky district was approved: the agro-industrial park "Agropolis" and the industrial (industrial) park "Vysokogorsky".
