"Investment Hour" with Aktanyshsky Municipal District
Aktanyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activities, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in a variety of areas.
Head of the district: "The industrial park is our reserve in increasing the number of small and medium-sized businesses in order to organize production. The Aktanysh industrial park operates in the district, today 12 residents carry out their activities in this territory, the occupancy rate is 52%. In 2024, the management company "Unipark", with the support of the curator of our park - the Investment Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, implemented a pilot project to build two heated hangars intended for organizing production and processing, for their subsequent lease to residents. Today, negotiations are underway with several potential residents. "
He also noted that each agricultural enterprise is working on its development, attracting investments. "There are no large investors in the region, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, we retained our "collective farms" by transforming them into limited liability companies. On average, 1 billion 200 million rubles of investment per year are invested in the agricultural sector," he said.
This year, Aktanyshskoye HPP carried out a reconstruction of the grain drying complex, investments amounted to 240 million rubles.
OOO Agrofirm Aktanysh has commissioned the second stage of a dairy complex for 560 heads, and continues construction of the third and fourth stages – invested 57 million rubles. Through the melioration program on an area of 278 hectares, an irrigation system was organized – investments amounted to 45 million rubles.
Agrofirm Anyak commissioned a grain storage warehouse, a farm for 200 heads of cattle, and built haylage trenches. Total investments amounted to 45 million rubles.
- At the Chishma farm, a cowshed for 175 heads and a calf barn for 300 heads were built. Investments - 37 million rubles.
The Nur Bayan farm reconstructed a milking complex for 600 heads – investments amounted to 21 million rubles.
At the grant competition for agricultural consumer cooperatives, the Agidel cooperative won a grant of 10 million rubles and launched a meat production workshop - The total investment amounted to 17 million rubles.
We have high hopes for the agricultural firms Anyak, Aktanysh, and Almazagrotrade, that they will implement their planned projects in the coming years.
I would also like to note the work of the Aktanysh College, which works in tandem with the district farms. Starting from the first year, students begin to work in district organizations, receive increased stipends from the farms for good education. More than 70% of students who graduate from the college remain to live and work in the district.
The Aktanysh Dairy Plant is a city-forming enterprise of the district, which acquired the former property of Vamina and implemented a large investment project worth more than 4 billion rubles. Director Dmitry Bonifatsievich Kurash will report in more detail on the implementation of this project.
Aktanysh Aggregate Plant, which has been included in the list of defense enterprises of the Russian Federation since 2022, is actively operating without slowing down. Despite the difficulties that arose due to sanctions, the enterprise managed not only to maintain its economic potential, but also to increase revenue to 1.5 billion rubles. This happened due to the change of ownership of the plant in 2021. Now the Aggregate Plant is a subsidiary of Rostar, which has invested more than 100 million rubles in the enterprise over the past three years, updating and purchasing new machines and equipment.
