The day before, the President of the New Development Bank Dilma Rousseff arrived in the city on a direct flight from Shanghai to Kazan to participate in the events of the BRICS summit.
Today, Taliya Ilgizovna took part in a meeting between the guest and the Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, and then presented her with the economic and investment potential of Tatarstan.
