Taliya Minullina delivered a report to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres
Today, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, made a presentation on “Achievements of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Field of Sustainable Development” to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan is doing a lot to stimulate investment in sectors that will bring socio-economic benefits and help countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2018, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded the United Nations Prize for outstanding achievements in this area. In Russia, only Tatarstan has such an award.

We remind you that Taliya Minullina has twice personally delivered reports to the UN: in Geneva (2019) and New York (2020) on the topic of sustainable development goals and women's rights and continues to regularly cover these issues today at UN-RAS conferences.
Thus, the day before, the head of the TIDA made a report on the sidelines of the Regional Review Meeting "Beijing + 30", held under the leadership of the UNECE and in cooperation with the UN Women Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia, the event of the UN Association of the Russian Federation (UN-RAS) "Empowering Women in Russia: Closing the Gender Gap for SDGs" was held.

Reference: the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the UN General Assembly on September 25, 2015, as part of Resolution 70/1, cover a wide range of global problems faced by both developing and developed countries. The objectives formulated by the UN in 17 Sustainable Development Goals are also reflected in the Strategy for Socioeconomic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030.
