Investment Hour with Atninsky Municipal District

Atninsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development in the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.

The head of the Atninsky municipal district said that the total investment in 2023 amounted to 2 billion rubles. In the structure of investments, the main share is occupied by the agricultural sector -1.6 billion rubles.

The Lenin farm put into operation a cowshed for 440 heads and a milking hall of the livestock complex for 880 heads. In total, construction works were completed in the amount of 330 million rubles, breeding heifers were received in the amount of 35 million 200 thousand rubles.

 The farm "Mangar" has built a calf shelter for 350 heads, reconstructed a calf shelter for 200 heads and a milking parlor, for a total of 81 million rubles. Ruble-denominated construction works were carried out.

In 2023, Zarya farm will build housing for raising young animals for 750 heads. The volume of investments amounted to 174 million rubles.

The agricultural firm "Urozhay" has put into operation a cowshed for 600 heads, a dairy complex for 1800 heads. A calf house with 150 seats was built, the investment volume is 47 million rubles. Breeding cattle were purchased for the amount of 27 million rubles.

Investments in agriculture continued in 2024.

The Lenin farm put into operation 2 calf farms for 800 heads. The investment volume is 65 million rubles.

In the agricultural firm "Unysh" construction of another cowshed for 600 heads of the above-mentioned complex has begun. The construction will cost 66 million rubles.

The Mangar farm has started construction of a grain dryer and grain storage warehouse, and a 200-head calf house will be reconstructed. A total of 62 million rubles worth of work will be completed.

Farms introduce resource-saving technologies by obtaining high-performance equipment. To date-303 million purchased equipment in the amount of 339 million rubles, by the end of the year it is planned to purchase equipment for another 339 million rubles.

All the above-mentioned construction works and equipment purchases are carried out mainly on the farms ' own resources, without attracting loans.
