Tatar delicacies in Dubai
Tatarstan enterprises present halal products at the largest business event in the halal food sector Gulfood in Dubai (UAE). Hundreds of specialists from halal product manufacturers from 50 countries are participating in the largest Halal World Food exhibition.
First Deputy Head of the TIDA RT Insaf Galiev is currently working as part of the Tatarstan delegation at the Gulfood 2025 exhibition in Dubai (UAE). The annual Gulfood exhibition is the largest specialized exhibition in the world and the Persian Gulf and Middle East region. It is especially popular with participants from the region, since a significant portion of food products are imported to the Gulf countries.
Numerous working meetings with representatives of Arab countries on the supply of products from Tatarstan manufacturers are planned until February 21, including with exporters of halal products for direct export. The format of participation of foreign companies at KazanForum and Kazan Halal Market in May is also being actively discussed.
During the first day, agreements were signed at the republic's stand with the International Center for Social and Cultural Affairs "Halal", with the Association of Franchising Services and the Tagmoa Trademark (Dubai), "Al Madani Group" (Abu Dhabi) and other enterprises and organizations.
Over 18 Tatarstan companies producing natural dairy, meat products and desserts are represented at our republic's stand. Another 115 Russian companies from other regions brought products - from honey to seafood.
By the way, the Russian exposition at Gulfood 2025 was opened by Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, who emphasized that in the current geopolitical conditions, Russia is ready to increase its contribution to the food security of the Persian Gulf countries and the world as a whole.09:15
