The twenty-first "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of Aznakayevo region today at the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
The head of the district, Marsel Shaidullin, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and current investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business. Representatives of the region's industrial parks also spoke during the meeting.

"To develop the production potential, municipal-level industrial parks have been created in the region, which are a tool for attracting investment, improving the business environment and creating new jobs. At five sites accredited by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, 33 residents have placed their production facilities. The volume of investment in the economy and social sphere at the end of last year amounted to over 12 billion rubles. Tatneft's investments are a strategic investment. A unique project for the construction of an energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable settlement is being implemented on the basis of the urban-type settlement of Aktyubinsky. A complex of modern biotechnological production facilities and over five hundred jobs are being created. On the basis of TN-Biotechnological Park LLC, technologies are being developed in the form of pilot-industrial and industrial installations. The enterprise produces environmentally friendly and energy-efficient thermal insulation materials based on plant raw materials. Work is underway to obtain non-edible sugars from plant biomass and organic waste - the basis for the production of a wide range of products - alcohols, plastics, additives for food and medicines. A fast pyrolysis unit is in operation, where biooil is produced to obtain green motor fuels and biochar to obtain sorbents and the basis of long-acting fertilizers. A new project is "Primary processing of bast crops", in particular, flax processing. The resulting products are planned to be sent to subsequent biotechnological production. Heat supply to the village is provided by a solid fuel boiler house running on wood chips. The remaining ash is used in the fields as fertilizer. To generate energy, a biogas plant was built on the basis of the livestock complex, using cattle waste products and farm waste as raw materials. Modern "green" technologies have been implemented at Tatneft filling stations, renewable energy sources are used to generate electric and thermal energy. A modern demonstration center has been opened on the territory of TN-Biotechnology Park LLC, where excursions, trainings, and master classes on environmental topics are held. The facilities were visited by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Nikolaevich Falkov and the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Evgenievich Tsivilev. Tatneft also makes a significant contribution to the social sphere. The construction of a wedding palace in Aznakayevo, worth over 100 million rubles, has become a symbol of respect for family values and multinational culture. In the village of Malbagush, the construction of the Mella Social and Cultural Center is nearing completion, using a unique modular large-format 3D printing technology for Russia. We invite everyone to the ceremonial event. Investments in agriculture Over the past 5 years, the volume of investments in the agro-industrial complex amounted to more than 7 billion rubles, in 2024 over 1 billion 200 million rubles. The Aznakai dairy complex produces up to 80 tons of milk per day, over 2 billion rubles have been invested in the project. The Aktyuba livestock complex, for the construction of which Soyuz Agro LLC allocated about 3 billion rubles, produces more than 100 tons of milk per day. Soyuz Agro LLC, along with grain and fodder crops, also grows industrial crops. In addition to traditional ones: sunflower and rapeseed, miscanthus, flax and industrial hemp are grown for industrial purposes. The new investor, UK-August, operates on an area of more than 11 thousand hectares. The volume of investments in the district amounted to about 60 million rubles. We see the prospects for the development of the agro-complex in the organization of storage processes, processing and expansion of the market for the sale of local agricultural products. To implement this idea, a plot of land has been reserved for the construction of a modern agropark, which will become a key link in the supply chain from farmer to consumer. We are looking for an investor and are ready to consider your proposals! In the city of Aznakayevo there is a butter factory that is mothballed. Currently, negotiations are underway with investors, but we are ready to hear new proposals. A private investor is completing the construction of the first 9-story 62-apartment building in the city of Aznakayevo. There are reserved land plots for multi-story construction. Comprehensive development of the microdistrict is underway. The Gurman restaurant has opened, another project of the entrepreneur who produces bakery and culinary products. Currently, the investor is engaged in the reconstruction of the city public bathhouse, which is a socially significant facility. The appearance of the building, its functionality will change dramatically, additional services will open. The volume of investments in this project will be more than 30 million rubles. In the near future, the opening of the Business Center on Guryanova with modern offices and infrastructure will take place. The construction industry in our area demonstrates stable growth, but there are vacant niches in it. One of these is the production of building materials. Investments in healthcare We use various tools to solve pressing issues, including public-private partnerships. Thanks to this, the Dialysis Center was opened, the cost of the project is 100 million rubles. LLC "LDC "Harmony-3" invested over 50 million rubles in a computer tomography room with a capacity of up to 40 people per day. It is planned to install a magnetic resonance tomograph for 150 million rubles. Investments in tourism In recent years, the tourism sector has become an attractive investment. The outdoor pool has become a real pearl of our city, attracting the attention of residents and guests throughout the swimming season. Every year it is visited by about 100 thousand people, and this figure continues to grow. Among the plans for the future is the construction of a water park, for which there is a potential investor. Mount Chatyr-Tau attracts hang gliding enthusiasts. At its foot, a cozy glamping offers comfortable living conditions and a variety of sports and tourist opportunities. Sports and tourist base "Parus" specializes in hosting tourism events. Since last year, the thermal SPA zone in the Bushido sports complex has been offering visitors a combination of recreation and health improvement in the fresh air at any time of the year. The guest and tourism business in the area has great potential. We suggest using our resources and creating new facilities!
