The twenty-second "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of Drozhzhanovsky district today at the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
The head of the district, Marat Gafarov, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and ongoing investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business arrivals.
Marat Gafarov: "By the end of the year, 1.7 billion rubles of investments were attracted, of which more than half were attracted to the agricultural sector of the district's economy (917 million rubles)."

The head of the district: "We are looking for an investor to open a workshop for processing meat and meat products, including Halal products. In the district today, about 12 thousand head of cattle are being fattened in agricultural enterprises and private subsidiary farms. There is a prepared plot of land next to the slaughterhouse, and we are ready to discuss this project with investors.
One of the most promising areas for the district is the development of greenhouses (for growing flowers and berry crops). There are suitable sites in the area near reservoirs for greenhouse facilities, and we are ready to discuss this area with potential investors. There are 17 hydraulic structures in the area that can be used for irrigation.
We can offer potential investors a prepared industrial site "Drozhzhanoe". This is a geographically isolated complex on a site owned by the municipality, which has a common border, within which favorable conditions are created for conducting business with connected communications.
The area of the territory is 19.1 hectares.
Tax preferences: after obtaining the status of a resident on the site, exemption from land, property and transport taxes is provided. USN tax reduction – income 1%, income minus expense 5%. Electricity costs are reimbursed – 50% minus VAT.
To date, 8.2 thousand square meters of production facilities have been built. The site's occupancy rate currently stands at 51%. The residents of this site and the products produced are shown on the screen. The total number of jobs as of 01.01.2025 is 107 people. At the end of the year, the turnover of residents of the industrial site amounted to 422 million rubles, with an increase of 111% (in 2023 - 380 million, in 2022 -189 million rubles, in 2021 - 136 million rubles)."
