End-to-end investment flow
In continuation of the work on the project "End-to-end investment flow" in the TIDA RT, with the participation of the head and employees of the Agency together with the project curator of JSC "Rosatom Production System" of the State Corporation "Rosatom" Natalia Dubrovskaya and representatives of such Ministries of Tatarstan as: the Ministry of Economy; land and property relations; digital development of public administration, information technology and communications, as well as the State Budgetary Institution "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", an interdepartmental meeting was held on the direction of "Obtaining a land plot without holding an auction".
During the meeting, issues of reducing the time frame for coordinating the agenda of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as methods for increasing the openness of this process were discussed.
Taliya Minullina: "Yes, projects are not always born quickly, some investors work for 2 years for the model to be fully formed, relations with partners. And the investment council is only the tip of the iceberg. Preparing an investor to participate in an investment project is extremely difficult. Sometimes we collect 354 signatures from all over the republic. Here are issues of land relations, personnel support, connection of utility networks, design, construction, architecture, location, sales markets, availability of capital. This is complex interdepartmental work."
