"There is a great atmosphere here, good investment conditions. Plus, Tatarstan has been a leader in attracting investments for many years. I think it's fair to call Kazan the third capital: judging by the pace of development of macroeconomic and social indicators, it is one of the most promising cities in Russia. We considered many options for venues and still decided on Kazan. I think that here we will not limit ourselves to the implementation of one development project," he stressed at the time.
