The Republic of Tatarstan has risen in the final rating of assessing the level of PPP development in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
Based on the results of an integrated assessment of all three factors (the dynamics of PPP project implementation in 2024, the accumulated experience in implementing PPP projects until 2024, and the state of the regulatory and institutional environment), a final rating of the Russian Federation's constituent entities by the level of PPP development for 2024 was formed. In it, the Republic of Tatarstan rose from 10th to 9th place!
The growth was driven by improvements in indicators for the 2nd and 3rd assessment criteria.
II. Assessment of the accumulated experience in implementing PPP projects in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
According to the results of the assessment of the accumulated experience in implementing PPP projects (until 2024), the Republic of Tatarstan took the 9th place!
This factor is used to evaluate the results of PPP projects up to 2024 (project start-up, entry into operation, successful completion), also weighted by the volume of investment for projects.
III. Assessment of the regulatory and institutional environment in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
According to the results of the assessment of the state of the regulatory and institutional environment, the Republic of Tatarstan took the 6th place!
This factor is used to assess the performance of public authorities, including their openness to investors, as well as their willingness to provide consulting and financial support to PPP projects.
