"Municipal Investment Hour" with Nizhnekamsk district
The thirty-fifth Municipal Investment Hour was held with the participation of the Nizhnekamsk District at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Taliya Minullina, head of the TIDA: "The area is large and difficult. There are large city-forming enterprises, big bosses. All this sets a certain type of work. We need diplomacy, fine communication, and, of course, an understanding of things, because the area has its own specifics."
The head of the district, Radmir Belyaev, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and ongoing investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business arrivals.
The head of the district: "In terms of investments in fixed assets, we also occupy the 2nd place in the republic. In 2024, the volume of investments amounted to 164.4 billion rubles. In 2025, we forecast growth to 172 billion rubles."
PJSC NIZHNEKAMSKNEFTEKHIM SIBUR
Large industrial enterprises play an important role in the region's economy.
SIBUR's key projects in Nizhnekamsk:
- ЭП-600: The construction has been completed, and the investment volume amounted to about 199 billion rubles.
- Hexene production: launch is planned in 2025, investments - 28.4 billion rubles, capacity - 50 thousand tons per year.
- Styrene production chain: construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with investments amounting to more than 182 billion rubles. The project includes facilities for the production of ethylbenzene, styrene and polystyrene.
JSC TANECO (PJSC TATNEFT)
JSC TANECO implements major investment projects:
- Construction of a deep processing complex with a total cost of 865 million rubles.
- Investments in the construction of a plant for the production of terephthalic acid amount to 109.5 billion rubles.
- The project implementation period for the production of terephthalic acid is 5 years.
JSC TAIF-NK
JSC TAIF-NK is implementing an investment project for the construction of a plant for the production of concentrated tar hydrocracking residue using a mechanical high-temperature vacuum reactor worth 5 billion rubles. The project is scheduled to be implemented in 2024-2025.
KAMA TYRES
KAMA TYRES It accounts for 35% of the total tire production in Russia. The company's products are supplied to 32 car factories in Russia. The volume of investments in 2024 amounted to 5 billion rubles.
Promising projects include:
- Premium tire manufacturing
- Tires for agricultural and industrial machinery
- Tires for go-karts and motorcycles
SOVITAL LLC
One of the major residents of the TOP is Sovital LLC, specializing in the production of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
- Implementation dates: 2024-2026
- Investment volume: 770 million rubles
- 200 jobs have been created
Agreements are currently being submitted to the TAD, and design and survey work is underway.
PLASTDELO LLC
Another example of a successful resident is Plastdelo LLC, which produces plastic products by injection molding.
- Implementation dates: 2023-2026
- Investment volume: 130 million rubles
- 20 jobs have been created
It is planned to launch production at an incomplete production capacity in the first quarter of 2025.
JSC NTZ "TEMPO"
A potential resident of the TOP is JSC NTZ TEMPO, which is implementing a project to create an international production and logistics hub based on a cargo river port in the Nizhnekamsk region.
- Implementation dates: 2024-2034
- Investment volume: 17 billion rubles
- It is planned to create 460 jobs
Currently, changes are being made to the city's borders for inclusion in the TAD. The project has already passed the Investment Council under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Head of the district: "Our catalog of investment projects includes 32 projects totaling 235 billion rubles. This is a significant investment potential that we intend to realize in the coming years."
