A service for investors to select unused property in the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of an investment project. It is functioning in a test mode on the portal of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan (invest.tatarstan.ru ). Alekseevsky, Almetyevsky and Mendeleevsky municipal districts have already joined the project, and in the future it is planned to gradually add information about objects from other regions of the republic.

The project is being implemented in order to simplify the search and involvement of unused property in economic turnover in Tatarstan.
Taliya Minullina, head of TIDA: "A lot of investors are asking for ready-made premises, they want to rent today and start producing something faster, because capital construction takes quite a long period of time. Today, in our industrial parks, all the premises are practically occupied and there are no reserves for this anymore. I think this project is designed to facilitate the involvement of dilapidated facilities in economic turnover, because it is still very unprofitable when they are standing and not being used in any way, the land must work, the premises must work – these are our reserves, which are very useful today, given the high key rate."
Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan: "In the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the annual inventory in recent years, more than a thousand objects of unused property with the potential for use in business and other purposes have been identified. Currently, the search for such facilities is fraught with certain difficulties – citizens and interested parties are forced to browse various trading platforms, while many are not aware of the availability of relevant facilities in the regions of the republic."
