Commissions on Compliance with the Requirements for Official Conduct of State Civil Servants and Conflict of Interest Resolution

The Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the commission on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of government civil servants and conflict of interest resolution, and a meeting of the anti-corruption commission. The chairman of the commissions is the first deputy head of the TIDA Insaf Galiyev. During the meeting, we reviewed the data received from employers of employees who previously held civil service positions in the Agency. The Commission found no violations.

In order to implement the state anti-corruption policy and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated May 4, 2006 No. 34-ZRT "On Combating Corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 19, 2014 No. 512 "Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Agency's order "On the program of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of anti-corruption policy".
