"City of white churches, black bread"-"Municipal investment hour" with Chistopolsky district

The thirty-eighth "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of the head of the district Dmitry Ivanov, representatives of the Office of the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy, Land and Property Relations, Agriculture and Food, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, other republican authorities and business associations in the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The head of the TIDA Taliya Minullina: "The Chistopol district is breaking all records in industry. Last year, the industrial production index of this district out of all the other municipalities was in second place — more than 150%. This is a confirmation that the area has the highest cost efficiency and labor productivity. Despite the fact that there is no oil or gas there. Of course, it costs a lot to achieve such indicators in the absence of mining."

 

Dmitry Ivanov offered investors to invest in cultural heritage sites at a discounted price of 1 ruble. This program is already yielding results — 11 objects have found new owners, 17 are at auction, including four that are being donated. The head of state said that someone buys these facilities for offices, others for shops, and, for example, a hotel will open in a historic building on K. Marx Street.

The head of the district expects the industrial production index to reach 106% by the end of this year. The main driver of industry is the Chistopol Industrial Park, which covers an area of 292 hectares.

• The "second life" of historical sites;
• Tourism.
