The agency is the best mediator for investors
An interdepartmental meeting was held in the TIDA on the prospects for the implementation of investment projects of Asia-Food LLC and Stroymarket on Moskovsky LLC. The meeting was attended by Igor Sapunov, Deputy Head of the AIR of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dinar Shakirov, Azat Ayupov (Stroymarket on Moskovsky LLC), Galiya Kuchumova (Asia-Food LLC). The main topic was the distribution of the land allocated by the Pestrechinsky district, where both companies are planning construction.
Stroymarket on Moskovsky LLC is developing an industrial park with an area of 120,000 square meters with six reserved sites for residents and 13,000 square meters of vacant territories. The project provides for the creation of 110 jobs and has already attracted 315 million rubles of investment.
Asia-Food LLC plans to build a roadside complex with cafes, gas stations and storage facilities. The company is preparing a final presentation on the project with economic indicators.
During the meeting, the participants discussed infrastructure issues, the status of the land plot and the need to transfer it from agricultural use. Following the discussion, the companies were asked to combine both projects into a single concept and work it out in detail by the end of July.
