The winners of the Scythian Ladder Championship for Entrepreneurs at the III SPROUTS Forum will receive grants for business development training

The Scythian Ladder is a game for entrepreneurs based on the principle of fair competition and rational use of resources. Each player has a certain number of points, which he spends during the game, making bets. Each round is won by the player whose bet is higher. The winner is not the one who spends more, but the one who knows how to calculate the moves and win by a minimal margin.The game teaches you to balance risk and calculation, to concede wisely and win through strategy rather than force. This is entrepreneurial thinking in its purest form — with limited resources, high competition, and the struggle to move forward.
The Scythian Ladder game was developed based on the case analysis of more than 2.5 thousand Russian entrepreneurs and takes into account the requests of the business community for practical support and new tools for business scaling, develops strategic thinking, ingenuity and business intuition. The championship is organized by the entrepreneurial platform EntSpace with the support of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan and is part of the business program of the forum. The Scythian Ladder is aimed at developing entrepreneurial potential and supporting owners and managers of micro, small and medium-sized businesses.
"We are creating a space where entrepreneurs can not only grow professionally, but also gain recognition, new knowledge and connections," said Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the III International Forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China – mutually beneficial cooperation", which will be held on August 18-19, 2025 in Kazan, will host the final of the Scythian Ladder Entrepreneurial Championship. The best participants will receive grants for training under the partner business platform programs and the title of "The Best Business Leader of the 21st Century."
