The fortieth "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of Laishevsky district at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan this week.
Taliya Minullina, head of the AIR RT: "You know, when people come and ask to Kazan, where there is virtually no opportunity, because there is little available land, the next alternative is the Laishevsky district. Given the nearby airport and the M12 federal highway, of course, this is a very attractive place for investors."
The head of the district, Ildus Zaripov, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and ongoing investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business arrivals.
The head of the district: "The volume of investments in fixed assets over the past year amounted to 50.3 billion rubles, an increase of 155.7%. According to this indicator, we occupy the 6th place. The investment potential of Laishevsky district is more than 100 billion rubles with the creation of 26,000 jobs. Given the large population growth and the pendulum migration, we pay special attention to the creation of new industrial sites in the district. We plan to create more than 23,000 new jobs, with investments exceeding 49 billion rubles."
Investment niches/promising investment projects:
The head of the district: "Given the growing demands of tourists on the quality of recreation and accommodation, the implementation of such projects is extremely important. We see great potential in creating modern recreational spaces."
At the same time, he noted the lack of high-quality infrastructure for recreation: hotels, cafes, restaurants. The development of this niche will create additional jobs and enhance the attractiveness of the territory for tourists and investors, the head of the municipality believes.
